“I waited to see these people for 4 months. At the last minute they sprung a "Consent to treat" that contained a provision that I pay all their collection agency fees and all attorney fees in any circumstance. I pay my bills and have a great credit rating. I have never left a doctor not paying for what was given in the way of treatment. Giving anyone the ability to charge you anything without you having any recourse is ridiculous. I've been married. No thanks.”

“I love the doctors and that is it! The peds nurses are great as well. The front office is a total mess, too many problems to even list. The manager James is a joke. One girl checking in and the line is out the door. He just keeps walking around in the background. True leadership is ready to jump in and help their staff along with providing excellent customer service.”

“I do not recommend this practice. My first couple of appointments seemed to be wonderful. Doctors were very likeable and the nurses are incredible, but unfortunately we were asked to find another office. I chose to partially vaccinate my child after extensive research. My personal religious beliefs had a factor in my decision also. I was asked that I find another office to take my child to! I felt very pressured to do every single vaccination and not to even question what's in it or why. I am a mother and a part of the medical field myself and did not feel as though I had a say in my child's well being! I highly recommend finding a different office if you would like to not be discriminated against for standing up for your child and personal beliefs!”

“I love the way that he explains things. He doesn't make the parent feel like they're not doing what a parent should do. No parent is perfect. And I honestly believe that parents out there that really feel like they're not doing a good job are the ones that are trying their hardest to be the best parent that they can for their child. He doesn't make me feel like I'm stupid. He's easy to talk to and he's very friendly. He has this magical way with kids that makes the children feel safe with him as well! He's like a pediatric Santa Claus if you will! I know it sounds crazy or weird to put it that way. But my little girl, Daisy it takes a minute for her to warm up, and she warms right up to him. I see him as a Earth Angel for children he's definitely in the right business. I request him every time!”
