“Blonde older nurse is very, very rude. Was made to come here for a pre-employment TB test. Got here at 4:15. It is now 530. I am sitting in a room alone with no estimate to when this will be done. I will be charged for late daycare pick up as they have now caused me to miss the pick-up time. I got scolded for being in the hallways trying to figure out when someone might be with me. They are not currently busy. There are maybe 3 other people here. Would not recommend. Nurse literally made me cry. Maybe someday I'll be able to leave and go home.”

“I came here as a kid and now my kids come here great place to bring your kids. We come for regular cleanings and one of my kids also gets his braces done here under orthofi contract. Ask questions if you have them no question is a dumb question, we are not experts. I like the fact that they will explain things in detail and dumb it down for me when needed. They must treat their employees great because no one here seems unhappy at all some of these girls have been here since my kids were babies. Keep up the good work guys your employees rock!”

Fast forward 10 years, myself and my 4 kids later, Tomblyn Family Ortho has proven to be the best “accident” I’ve ever made! Every single time I bring one of my kids in, I am met with a team of happy people. Dr. T and Dr. Jen literally make you feel like you are their own me and only patient. The treatment coordinator, Chris, is so kind and very knowledgeable. She will patiently and expertly answer all my questions! I have two kids completely done with treatments and their smiles are beautiful and perfect (bc Dr. T is a perfectionist)! And I have one in braces currently and one being monitored. In all of my many appointments, I’ve never left not having had a wonderful experience. Dare I say, this is an appointment I actually enjoy taking my kids to! The X-rays were quick, the diagnoses and explanations were clear, and the treatment was reasonable. The doctors listened patiently and were very thorough. They did not rush me or dumb anything down for me, and that made me feel respected. I’ve been to this office twice for two separate issues, and my kids have been patients here as well. We have always felt heard. We’ve been able to resume our activities as quickly and painlessly as possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for sports injuries.”

“I'm changing my 5 star review to 1 star, I should've posted this back in 2020 but unfortunately never got around to it. Dr. Cohen refused to see my son when he found out that he opted in to not wear the mask in school (this is when LISD gave parents/students a choice of wearing a mask and was not mandatory anymore). He told us that he will no longer be my son's pediatrician (he treated my son for 5 years and we had a really good relationship) and that we need to find another pediatrician. What was done to my son was so wrong specially when he loved going to Dr. Cohen. I was super shocked because he was judgmental and irrational. And around the same time there were so many other people had similar experience like me and posted it as their review. I'm not sure how they are still in business. The review below I posted 6 years ago!! Love, Love, Love Dr. Joe Cohen. He is amazing with kids. My son loves him!! Every time he sees him they joke around, give each other high fives. Very nice, clean facility at a very convenient location. His staff are very friendly and always going above and beyond to help their clients in every possible way. Couldn't be happier with the service and treatment they provide for the little humans.”
