“Kathy at the front desk is very dry and very rude. Simple responses like you’re welcome and thank you would improve her performance at the reception desk. A simple greeting of hello would also help. She was training someone and it’s concerning that her trainee may think her customer service skills are acceptable. They are not. Not a welcoming experience at the front desk. The dentist and hygienist were great.”

“Bright Star Dental made my child feel comfortable, I told them a few thing about how she would react to different sounds and they explained everything to her before they used any thing in her mouth. This was the first visit but it won’t be the last one. The people and the atmosphere is wonderful and kid friendly. Keep up the good work!!”
