“I initially liked Apple dental, but I found it odd that they would only give you a referral to their internal orthodontist. When I asked about getting a referral slip to see someone else, they said they couldn’t provide that. I requested a release of records and it’s been over a month. I have not received the release of those records, after going in person, completing forms being informed I would get the paperwork within 24hours - nothing. Calling 2x leaving messages for follow ups - no return call, sending an email and no reply. At this point I am just waiting until April to go somewhere else for my son regular dental appt at a new place.”
