“A big storm caught everyone, everyone is soaked through in 14°C and the organizers didn't have the courtesy to let us out and back in for a change of clothes. I understand that normally the ticket allows a one time entry, but these circumstances were special. Very inhumane attitude which could have been solved easily by some basic human kindness and compassion which the organizers seem to completely lack. I would have given the place a much higher rating as otherwise the venue is nice and the concert I was attending was really good, but I can't go by this level of inflexibility from the organizer.”

“I was really looking forward to visiting Bigwall. I have been just recently introduced to rope climbing. As I wanted to learn belaying, I went there with two experienced climbers who explained me some technique, including the gear set-up and how to handle in case my partner falls. When one the guys that I was left, with my climbing partner we asked one of the staff to help us and supervise me. We were told that everyone was usually super friendly and the staff at Bigwall was eager to help beginners. Well, this was not the case last weekend. The guy who came over talked me down, like I was an idiot. He has such a passive-aggressive attitude. Never felt so belittled and inferior. This whole experience completely diminished my motivation to learn rope climbing. Surely I am a beginner and I need help, and I am okay if people call me out and advise me how to improve. But I don’t think that that kind of attitude is okay. Also you are not allowed to use grigri and finally on their website they advertise a one day course on introduction to climbing/ belaying. Apparently that information on their website is outdated.”

“No surprise they advertise it as "the bar of Bp". It is grandiose and showy. Close to the 60's atmosphere where you connect with the music band and can be part of the show. Oh and there is a mirror ceiling. ;;)”

“Already 2000 visitors! There aren't many. More expensive than the Balaton beaches. The toilet got better. Being a mining lake. Adults 1,500, children 1,000, but only up to the age of 12. They didn't say there was a family ticket. The toilet is really not the best, it lacks cleaning.”
