When we first arrived they gave us a better option but once settled management said they made a mistake and very rudely moved us. Zero empathy or concern for our experience.”

“"Decent theatre with great service" I've been going here with my wife since we moved into town. Never had any issues with the staff, concessions, and seating. Sometimes, the theatres can be either extremely cold or hot. There never seems to be a nice in-between.”

“Had a chance to spend a lovely afternoon at this science center, which is packed with interactive exhibits for the kids and alike. There is a great emphasis on space exploration, due to the University's involvement in this field, but also ample other fields highlighted. I would have missed the downstairs interactive space had I not heard others talking about it, so it is also worth checking out. The planetarium is an old-school fun experience, although I found that the Tucson Skies talk was a little general in nature, but that is probably to cater various audiences. I had a bit of a mixed bag with customer service. People are super nice, but running special groups along paying customers creates an atmosphere where a full-fare ticket payer may not be valued. But, that's part of the modern running of sights like this.”
