The Riot Room
4.4
( 8 reviews )

4048 Broadway Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64111, United States

“Great locations for a wide arrange of music. The venue is very small so be sure to get here early for a good viewing spot. It also gets very close so bring thin layers. If you don't make it in time they have a couple of televisions on the back that can let you see the show with out the crowd.”

Lyceum Theatre
4.8
( 8 reviews )

114 High St, Arrow Rock, MO 65320, United States

“I loved seeing the Addam’s Family at the Lyceum. It is a quaint old church, but it is bigger on the inside! The staff do a great job of managing the crowd and the house was packed. The performance was brilliant, engaging, funny, and well cast. There are drinks available at the concession stand (Beer, Wine, soda, water). The bathrooms are clean. There is no official parking lot. Just pull off the side of the road somewhere in town and walk. Very few handicap spots, so if you will need this accommodation get there early.”

The Grandel
4.7
( 8 reviews )

3610 Grandel Square, St. Louis, MO 63103, United States

“Every Wednesday in the dark room at night 6pm-9pm The host Bob da Boo assembles a group of jazz musicians to play a set,, and afterwards all types of artists are invited to join in on the jam. The food is delicious and has options for vegan friendly or not food. The cocktails are generously poured and the staff is friendly and attentive. Love it hope to see you there. If capacity reaches too high a volume the show moves into the Grandel's main theater.”

Voodoo Lounge
4.4
( 16 reviews )

Harrah's, One Riverboat Dr, North Kansas City, MO 64116, United States

“Theoretically, a great setup. Perfect area for killing and listening to music while also offering a concert floor. There weren't a lot of tables though so that kind of worked against the whole idea of a lounge and a concert for put together. Basically, they want everyone to get drinks at the bar and then sit down or stand around the table and enjoy the show. I counted 130 people Max there that night, and that was during the tender liner, Ashten Ray's, performance, and way before he got up all the tables were full. Also I heard a guy ask for a tank 7 but they didn't carry any IPAs. I am not an alcohol guy but it seems kind of basic even to me that you should provide an IPA. Music was good, one of the opening bands was way too loud. I was in the very back and they were still hurting my ears and I've been to plenty of concerts. But I don't know how much of that is the lounge's fault. Overall unique place just lacking in some execution. I would give the parking garage five stars if I could. Lol”

Great Eight Cinema
4.4
( 8 reviews )

5 Prairie Dell Plaza Dr, Union, MO 63084, United States

“Clean bathrooms, comfortable seating, courteous staff. Popcorn was a little stale, went to an early matinee so was likely leftover from previous evening. Overall, enjoyed the experience.”

Marcus Town Square Cinema
4.3
( 16 reviews )

7805 State Rte N, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368, United States

“Amazing prices! I couldn’t believe the price for value, it feels like any other Wehrenberg, AMC theater of the 2000-2015 era, before the new generation of posh, overpriced luxury theaters. Have gone multiple times since 2018, a very clean theater great for young and old alike. Great values on snacks. All the whiners and complainers can pay $20+ per ticket, buh-byeee! Also, the St. Andrew’s Dollar Cinema in St. Charles has reopened after years, it’s been around since the 1960s. Please support our local businesses!”

“I have seen Dean Z many times in the last 10 years and I didn’t think it was possible but his shows just keep getting better. He is truly a great entertainer, who energizes a crowd. He has a full band with backup singers and dancers. He has the best show in Branson!”

“I recently stopped in at Austin Custom Brass during a long road trip and enjoyed a warm welcome from knowledgeable and thoughtful musicians. With the store’s exceptional inventory of new and vintage trumpets I had the experience of trying many in a relaxed way. I bought an Adams A2 they recently received on consignment and had such confidence in the purchase because of how well the particular horn meets my needs. Meeting Trent Austin and his colleagues was such a pleasure - I look forward to doing business with them again!”

“What a gem for Kansas City. It's a small theater providing a very intimate setting for their entertainment. I went during a fundraiser that provided appetizers, small desserts, and a bar with wine and a special cocktail. The music was really fun and interjected with humor plus lots of talent among the performers.”

Landmark's Plaza Frontenac Cinema

1701 S Lindbergh Blvd 210 PLAZA, Frontenac, MO 63131, United States

“I recently saw Saltburn here. The cinema is clean, spacious and has a good seating variety. The staff here are nice, albeit a little dry. The theaters are wheelchair accessible. Parking isn’t terribly far from the cinema. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I’d return to see another film here.”

The Duck Room
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 07:00 AM

6504 Delmar Blvd, University City, MO 63130, United States

“I absolutely love the duck room for small concerts. No matter where you are in the room you feel so close to the performers, it is a very intimate space. It's a great spot to hear new artists or get to see some of your favorite small bands. My friends and I check in on the website every once and a while just to see who is coming. There are a lot of shows that don't sell out and only cost $15 so it can be a great last minute evening activity. There is plenty of parking on the north side of Delmar with just a short walk to the venue. Plus there are lots of fun things to do close by and many restaurants in the area.”
