“Great place to come for an escape room. Staff were great and friendly . Lift wasn’t working so 2 flight of stairs to get there. The escape room aren’t that big so no more than 4 in a room. We failed our room and spent an 1 hour in there. The clues were very cryptic. It was fun and all I can say is look for the obvious. Some people came all dressed up in costumes. It’s a fun hour but felt it was quite expensive. When we finished they took us to a room and showed us what we had missed. I wasn’t allowed to take photos. Yes I would go again on a special occasion in one of the other escape themes .”

“Great little pub & music venue. The bar is downstairs, with the Live Room upstairs. I'd guess Max capacity is probably around 150 or there abouts. Good selection of beers at the bar, and the staff were very friendly. Only thing keeping it from being a 5 star review is that you have to go back downstairs to get a drink as there's no bar upstairs. I guess if it's a packed house upstairs and there's drinkers downstairs it can get very busy at times. Definitely recommend keeping an eye on what acts are coming up there. Great place all-round!”

“We went to see Self Esteem as part of the annual Bristol Sounds concerts. It was a great concert and very well managed with very easy access, plenty of food and drink outlets and loads of toilets! Most people were standing but there was some standing at the back of the amphitheatre. The sun shining helped!”

“Lovely venue with great atmosphere, we had an amazing time! The music was way too loud though for those of us without hearing damage (yet)... Shame to ruin something great like this. I know this is the club standard but I think it should be reviewed, would probably improve most people's experience.”

“My experience here has been really good and not so good. First, the good: it’s a great space for rehearsing. Convenient to reach, good kit, and affordable. And the culture is great - musicians support each other. The not-so-good: with few staff present, some things don’t happen. I left my drumsticks behind after a recent rehearsal. I emailed to explain this. Weeks later, and still no-one has replied...”

“Really good fun! The hosts are friendly, professional and efficient, getting people in and out of the sessions quickly and making sure everyone knows what they're doing. I booked a three game session for 8 people, only 7 could make it and they kindly only charged me for 7. The arena is a good size and layout, and the packs and guns all seems to work properly. One of the staff even did some excellent crowd control on a group of rowdy kids. A++, Toast will be back.”
