“This has been a very successful program for me! I lost 27 pounds in 60 days (from just before Halloween to just after Christmas)! I do not live near the clinic, so did the entire program remotely, which worked well for me. The team at Eastside Weight Loss Clinic has been great every step of the way! They quickly answer questions and the daily videos are informative and inspirational! A huge perk is that as I begin the maintenance phase and get into my new regular routine, I can reach out to the team at any time for information or suggestions, for life! Losing weight is always a challenge, but historically, my biggest hurdle has been keeping the weight off. “We first went to Float for my birthday. I'd always wanted to try sensory deprivation. The staff are lovely and the place is immaculate. Absolutely a wonderful experience. We've also come back and done the IR sauna/float combo, which is a fantastic way to experience relaxation and meditation!”
