“I had an interesting experience at Dan Murphy's Morley. I arrived to collect my online order only to discover after 25 minutes of waiting that it had been given to another customer and that the store was now out of stock of the items I had ordered. Incidents like this can happen occasionally. The important thing is how they are dealt with when they do occur. The store manager arranged for replacement items to be delivered from another store to the Morley shop. I was able to collect the items the following day. This resulted in quite some inconvenience for me. Luca who was on duty when I collected my items was amazing and most helpful. He spoke with the night manager who was able to provide some small consideration for my inconvenience. This was greatly appreciated.”

“Disgusted....apparently some idiot thought it would be a good idea to put a wall of junk food as soon as you walk into the store. Guess junk food overrules fesh vegies and fruit which was there last week. Thank goodness an independent fruit and veggies place has opened up nearby. I have always supported this coles...but guess I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future. Really...junk food is coles priority.....totally sad”

A charming lady came across and opened a checkout and put my goods through Had she not done that, I would have walked our leaving my trolley complete with frozen goods and dairy behind I’m sure there must be a number of people who are lonely who enjoy personal service and a chat with a friendly check out lady”
