“Extensive collection of photography related gadgets at competent prices. But the staff could do with soft skills training. On one day me and my friend were assisted by a sales man whose indepth knowledge blew my mind. He was patient and ready to resolve all questions. Because of his friendly attitude we bought an insta 360 gadget and next day I returned with my husband to pick up an insta 360 cam along with some accessories. The sales man assigned to us on this visit was rude, impatient and least interested in talking or making a sale. On the same day we ended up shopping over the official website . Has behaviour costed the business a loss of sale of around SGD 1500.. not sure whether they even care!”
