“I have been using LumaDent's Ergo Air 6.0x loupes for over a month, and I am very happy with my decision to switch to LumaDent. I have used various brands' Ergo loupes for a little over a year, and there was always a compromise with each brand. The loupes I tried were either heavy, didn't have enough magnification, blocked most of my peripheral vision, or had issues with IPD or WD. In my extensive research on ergonomic loupe options, LumaDent always came out on top or close to it. Compared to my previous ergo loupes, I have far greater peripheral vision; they are about 40% lighter (I even weighed them myself) and are 1.5x higher mag. I am fortunate that my loupes came in perfect since ergos can be hit or miss with getting the exact IPD or WD right. My previous pair was slightly off and caused a slight halo effect around anything I looked at. My local sales rep, Danielle Price, was accommodating and reliable throughout the purchase. We met at a coffee shop for a demo, and she answered all my questions and got the order in immediately. She followed up to update me on the process, and I had my loupes in about one week. We've kept in touch, and several of my colleagues have purchased ergo loupes through Danielle, and some have even returned their previous ergo loupes to get LumaDent ergos. “First off let me start by saying the crew at the McMullen Booth location are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Especially Jessica!!!!!! I unfortunately made the mistake of going to the Dale Mabry location one day and the staff there was very helpful and nice, however all that changed when I had to explain that the order that was made was incorrect. The staff was understanding and very nice about the mishap until she had to get the manager to help me out. This “manager” was beyond super condescending and NOT so very nice about a mistake that the store (not me) had made on the order. She treated me like I was a child, incompetent and like I had done something wrong and ruined her day. (Even though this was not my fault) After that interaction with this awful manager, I will never go to that store again! To end this review on a good note- the employees at the McMullen store are so absolutely fabulous. They treat you like family and made me feel so comfortable about not only what I was trying on, but what my budget was. I will CONTINUE to visit Jessica and the other staff at this store because she really made it seem as if I had a sister helping me out and not an employee. I can not THANK HER AND HER CREW ENOUGH! Jessica, you are amazing and thank you for helping me get my scrubs for school and work and allowing me to tell you about my awful experience at the other location. You really are wonderful and made my year!!!!!!”

Let's get into their products. My favorite soap Bars are Mango Salsa, Honey Almond, and the Coconut Lime Loofah Bar. Not only do they all smell delicious (yes delicious) they leave my skin looking bright! I appreciate all the recommendations from the staff. When I’m up for something new I’ll ask someone what their favorite bar is and I take that one home. I haven’t had any regrets! Soap Cherie products make great gifts! They have more than just soap bars. They have candles, body lotion, body oils, body scrubs you name it. They even have cute lip balms!”

“Weird experience. This place feels extremely corporate -- a shell of what it once was. Difficult to find just a teddy bear with standard clothes for my daughter... Everything is "themed" to the max with corporate sponsors. Weird political shirts for bears. Then the bear tore open the night we got home. Staff were nice, but -- no offense to them, there was one individual that was very strange. Not creepy, but very off putting. It's sad -- this place used to be special for kids -- Now it feels like a sad corporate commercial for adults that never grew up.”
