“Built a shop on my property and am trying to upgrade service. After 3 calls to engineering went unanswered over a week and a half, I asked for a supervisor. Told them I wasn’t spending the $4,000 to upgrade until I hit a call back. ( I intend to add a wind generator and do not want to set things up incorrectly) that’s been a week and still no call. Called PSO and got someone in minutes. But as Oklahoma is not deregulated, I’m stuck with these guys. The attitude from them by all indications is we just don’t care cause we don’t have to. I’d use anyone else if there was a choice.”

“Opening soccer match this season. Field is impeccable! Women's restroom was clean and well-stocked with extra "necessities". Field was obviously treated for mosquitoes. It also has baseball and football fields. Facility is gated. Great asset to the Lakeville community. Well done!”

“Update Agnowledging the 50% less sodium would explain the blandness and lack of taste. Sorry from our side, and thanks for making the accommodation. Bought the Mongolian Beef, along with a few other dishes to-go yesterday. When we got home and opened the to-go box, we were found to the pleasant surprise of the Mongolian beef being nothing but 3 pieces of meat and a lot - and by a lot, I mean the WHOLE PLATE being just onions. Accommodations were made regarding low sodium, and a customer service reply from the owner was made within 24 hours. Pretty Good Service, but interesting food distribution and balance, compared to neighboring competitors. Original Bought the Mongolian Beef, along with a few other dishes to-go yesterday. When we got home and opened the to-go box, we were found to the pleasant surprise of the Mongolian beef being nothing but 3 pieces of meat and a lot - and by a lot, I mean the WHOLE PLATE being just onions. The rest of the food was really bland and tasted like water (chicken looked interesting in a bad way as well). Really cheap quality. NO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!”

“LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! Horrible customer service!! They hire alcoholic thief’s as drivers, they skip your trash then charge you to come back, I had to call dozens of times watching the driver drive right past my house, the office staff hung up on me! I left them and went to another company, they billed me next month after I canceled I told them I wasn’t using their service why would I pay. I heard nothing from them then 7 months later I got a call from a collection agency for $60, also their truck malfunctioned and blew dozens of gallons of antifreeze all over my driveway and street they just converted a 15’ x 20’ area with sand and left!”
