When dealing with the public, it is in the best interest of the animals to be available, helpful and courteous. That entails answering your phones, not letting them ring out or hanging up on people. Considering this is a government ran facility it's just not good enough and yes management have been aware of this problem for some time now. Do better, the lives and well being of the animals in your care depend on it. This is Oreo (formally known as Cricket) Sapphire (Rainer) and her Mother Sakura all thriving now and much loved. Would have loved to have had Sakura's son Pyro but he was under sold from us right after leaving the facility.”

The staff took as good care of him as they could when they got him before I adopted him. DAS really need more funding for what they do. If it wasn't for them, I probably wouldn't of had the opportunity to find Alfie ever again.”
