“Everyone is very nice and I believe that they truly care for all patients like it’s their own pet! Prices are reasonable and they called to check on my cat 2 days later.. most places would just say “call us if you need anything” but they took time out of their busy day to check on my cat and that made me feel like this is the place I need to continue to take my pets should they need care!”

“My family had an amazing experience visiting and adopting 2 kittens. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about their animals, not to mention we felt like family upon entering the building. Thank you for going above and beyond to help us make the decision to bring home our new fur babies right on time for the holidays ❤️”

“It’s honestly really sad how selective these people are. They are a kill shelter but will turn away someone because they don’t think they’re young enough for the dog. They say they don’t hold dogs but will tell someone they have many applicants and they have to wait until everyone does a meet and greet. Just because they don’t want to adopt that dog to a specific person. For being a kill shelter they make people jump through hoops on fire to be able to adopt”

“I love how caring the staff is about all the animals. I've adopted 2 beautiful dogs from there, and I couldn't be more pleased with the process. I love interacting with the animals, so sometimes I go just to love on them. They have plenty of volunteer opportunities as well. I just wish we could live in a world where we never had to euthanize an animal. This is not a "no kill" shelter, so that's the only reason I took a star away. But overall, if you are looking for a pet, this shelter definitely has a variety of sweet babies just wanting love.”

“This was our first experience using a boarder (other than a 2-wk "training" camp). We loved being able to see how playful and loving the staff was with our Willow and how well Willow interacted with the other furbabies. The videos are so awesome because they allow for real -time views when we were missing our furbaby on vacation. We also looked forward to the pictures and report cards! Every encounter with any staff member was like talking to a friend who kept your furbaby instead of being "institutionalized" for lack of a better word. And affordability? That was SO VALUABLE to us. It's nice to know there is a safe, fun, place to go that allows the family to still be able to have money for other things, rather than costing half the amount of the entire vacation. Willow will be going back for visits!”

“We adopted our dog here, he was a two months old puppy. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. We applied for a puppy we saw online but when we got there we didn't have a good connection with him, so the staff helped us to find the right puppy for us. They take care very well of the animals there, they keep the place clean and nice. The best part is that when we got our puppy they scheduled all his appointments for vaccines and vet control and they were included in the fee we paid for the adoption. They called to check on us to see if the dog was a good fit for us and they remind you about the appointments. It's a great place to look for a pet. We are very happy with our dog and with the service in this place!”

“I originally came here on a Thursday morning to check out the dogs. I’ve been interested in getting another dog and wanted to see the options. I visited a couple other places but I really wanted to adopt here. There are many many dogs here. They update what dogs and cats are ready to adopt on their Facebook page which is great. Seeing live videos of all the animals really do help if you don’t feel sure enough to drive over there. If you are interested in one of the animals there, I believe you can put on 24 hour hold on them. There are plenty of younger and older dogs here. I love dogs so it was really hard to just choose one. All I wanted to do was take all the babies home :( All of them are beautiful and I went by every cage and none of the dogs were aggressive/reactive. All they want is some love. So please, if you have the time and love to take care of another animal, PLEAASSEEEE come here! I put a hold on one of the dogs, and it was a super easy process. Name, number, and that’s it. The pup that I had chosen was scheduled to get neutered the next day, so I had the option to come on Saturday. They were busy on Saturday but that was perfectly fine with me. I understand they have many animals and have to give them all the proper care while also taking care of walk-in customers and phone calls. It’s not an easy job, so please be patient and kind to the staff as well. The adoption process was easy and the fee was only $80, no tax. Signed a couple papers, filled out the adoption application, and one of the staff members ran over all the paperwork for my new pup. They are very informative and were eager to help. Here is my handsome boy <3 I’m so so so happy to have found him and feels like it was meant to be. He is the sweetest boy ever. Check out their dogs, you won’t regret it!!!”
