“They were very helpful and friendly. They made it very easy to view and visit with a pet. The adoption councilor talked with us, asked questions and answered ours and made it very easy to go home with a pet that day. We came home with our dog Angus that day! They supplied us with a leash, documents and tags. He was already chipped and had all his shots so there was no waiting or coming back later.”

“Had appointment for my 2 puppies i was told to wait outside ( they have large lobby???) after 15 minutes wait someone came out and gave shots to my dogs in parking lot. When i adopted them I was also told to wait outside in very cold and windy conditions. Adoption center smells very bad and 1 of the employees who was in charge of medications was under influence. She was so high I’m surprised she did not fly.I wonder who is in charge of the shelter but I know they don’t care about the animals or customers service. We have new shelter buildings and is a shame how are then run.”
