“I had to clipper off the entire belly area of my Golden Retriever as he came home covered in dreadlocks with irritated skin - quite unimpressed. This has never happened at home, and he's only brushed and bathed once a week. He was with you for ten days, which included a bath. Worth reading their conditions, because if you want your pet back in the same condition you dropped them off in, you have to pay more. Please note: Samford Pet Resort is not responsible for your pet’s coat while they’re staying with us. This includes matting, knotting, smell, etc.”

“Where do I even begin! This entire team are so incredible and we will be forever grateful for them taking such amazing care of our Maxie. Max was taken in Tuesday at 9am and within minutes I was made aware that he may be in a very serious position with his bladder. FLUTD is something I’d never heard of, and left with more than enough information to ensure I know how to look after our cat (and any future cats we may have). Dr Sarah was so kind and patient and calmly spoke me through the treatment plan for Max, and I was constantly given updates on his progress. The nurses, vets and reception staff were nothing short of impeccable with their level of care, communication and compassion. The moment I stepped into the clinic I could feel and knew that Max would be in the best care, and indeed he was with a great recovery and able to come home a few days later. The entire teams level of knowledge and ability to help explain each step of his recovery was amazing, and we appreciated that everyone at the clinic fell just as in love with our sweet boy as we are at home. So from our hearts we cannot thank everyone at Racecourse Road Vet Clinic for their truly incredible service, support and care. If Google would let me I would give you 100 stars! The 14 surviving babies are thriving and mum is doing great, but we popped in today for a follow up as she had some bleeding that we were concerned with. “Para Hills has been my vet for over 15 years. There gave been times when I get in immediately because they considered the situation urgent. There have been times when I have had to wait, someone else's situation was obviously more urgent. I have had to go to an emergency vet on occasion and was told to wait. When it is an emergency, I don't expect to have to wait. I expect a triage and each situation assisted. i don't mind waiting when another pets needs are greater than mine. But in an emergency, I expect to be seen fast. Para Hills treats every situation individually. They are amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“Could not recommend the guard dog training centre enough! We sent our 8 month German Shepard puppy, Leo, who was dog reactive and a very strong puller on the lead. Sending him there was the best thing we have ever done for both us and our dog. He is now a dream to walk with no pulling and he is barely reactive at all anymore! The team were amazing throughout the entire process and the hand over we got on pick up was so thorough and if we had any issues or questions after his stay they were so prompt and happy to help. Thank you to the team at Guard Dog Training centre for completely transforming both us (the owners) and our dog's life for the better. We can now confidently take him anywhere without being anxious or having to avoid people or dogs!!”
