“I am so grateful to Dr. Principati for being able to see my bunny Norbert on such short notice (the day before thanksgiving!) and being so kind and knowledgeable! And it was amazing that the hospital was able to fit in a tooth trim same day! Huge thanks to Dr. Shirosky, who did the tooth trim and called me to tell me how it went and then called again to follow up a few days later! We’re also huge fans of Dr. Ehrlich, who is our primary vet who we like to see for our annual appointments. Dr. Ehrlich was with my boy Dwayne when he crossed the rainbow bridge, and I could not have chosen a more compassionate and understanding vet to take care of my little boy. When she called me to tell me what happened, she stayed on the phone with me as I broke down and she was so incredibly kind and empathetic. Radnor has some truly amazing vets! Definitely a great place to bring your bunnies!”

“this was my first time putting my dog in daycare. i think $35 isn't bad. it was pretty last minute; we scheduled the evaluation for the day before we needed her first daycare day. i was pretty worried because i adopted her only a few months ago and she definitely has a lot of separation anxiety. surprisingly, everything turned out fine! i received detailed report cards with photos of her and her new friends. she did come back smelling very strongly (no way to sugarcoat it), but a bath fixed that right up. i guess there's not much they can do about that. i would recommend playtime pet resort!”

Our pup had to be hospitalized for 2 nights for a gastric issue but they made it affordable for us. “Won’t fill a medication on a cat, who has had chronic upper respiratory infections, because he “hasn’t had a physical”, even though he was seen in July 2023, August 2023, and had bloodwork done for this CHRONIC condition. They didn’t reply to my message on Friday, and now Saturday morning, this. Our poor cat is suffering and their only response is that I have to wait till Monday for the vet from August to contact us. My cats have been seen here for years. This practice has a ridiculous rule where only the doctor who has seen your pet last can make decisions on him, despite digital charts full of medical information, and multiple vets. If you work in the medical field, you know that multiple physicians collaborate to treat a patient using eRecord, Epic, and clinical notes. Nobody will take responsibility for a known issue, while my cat has the same breathing issues, eye discharge, and green nose discharge that could be solved easily with an antibiotic. What they want is another needless office visit fee, for something that doesn’t require one. Not everyone can afford multiple, expensive vet visits, in one year. So much for compassionate care. Consider this post, and how they’re allowing my pet to suffer right now, before you choose this clinic.”

“Highly recommend this place! I came here on a recommendation. One of my two dogs needed his teeth cleaned. After our consultation we were able to get an appointment 2 months later and today the appointment came! They made it easy to check in and called me after his appointment was done. They did have to pull 4 teeth which I wasn’t prepared for but hey things happen. super affordable and will be taking both my fur babies here for any major procedures moving forward. Our regular vet office wanted to charge me 5x what this office did for the same procedure.”

“Everyone is so compassionate and caring! My 13 year old Doberman was not eating, had vomited a few times, and seemed sad overall. This seemed to have been brought on all of a sudden. Dr. Roth found stomach x-rays and bloodwork to be normal, so we decided to treat her with medication to fight a stomach bug. Two days later, we noticed that her right anal gland had ruptured and drained blood tinged pus. Instead of her feeling worse, she began to perk up. After another visit, we began to realize her symptoms were most likely the cause of an abscess in her anal gland. Once we began an antibacterial med, she started back on her regular routine, and the wound began to close up almost immediately after it finished draining out the bad stuff a few days later. Because of Dr. Roth's quick actions to start antibiotics, she is still with us today, continuing to enjoy everyday strolls through the yard alongside our cat, turkeys, and chickens. She loves helping me herd them into their coop in the evenings, wagging her tail the entire time. I think this gives her purpose, while she gives me purpose and continuous smiles each and every day! The love & care your fur baby receives is the next best thing to home. 💜 You design your dog’s stay at the resort. There’s activities galore for the highly energetic, including an in-house swimming pool! There’s always something fun for them over any holiday. All of the staff across all the locations are fantastic. Greenlin West location just had my boy for an extended stay, and they were truly phenomenal. Daily updates with pics of your pet having fun, and progress reports for the doggie daycare. Five star service & establishment….I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. (nor would he go!) I highly recommend Greenlin Pet Resorts to anyone with a pooch!”

When picking him up after the procedure they had him soaking in his own urine and shoved the carrier into her hands without even letting her inside. It's been a year and his testicles are still swollen. You definitely get what you pay for. Beware.”
