I, now, appreciate how he gives a thorough exame, even for updating shots. Looks at ears, teeth, coat. Listens to heart and lungs. You get money's worth for an office visit. My didn't realize all vets don't give an assessment for updating vaccinations, but, charge for a office call. Thanks again for your knowledge and professionalism. Appreciated. One cat now. :)”

“We used to go to Eberle and when he retired in2018, JCAH was recommended to us. I am glad I listened to that because I never looked back! I had to put my friend of 8 years down last year and trust me when I say I lost it!!! I still cry every other day… Dr Whitney was SO compassionate and went above and beyond to help me every way he could. I will never forget that… Dr Moore was the one to diagnose my baby and wrote a very sweet message in a card signed by other members of the hospital staff. She referred to him by name and talked about how sweet he was! Let me also say how knowledgeable she is and how she never misses on a medication for my cats - everything she prescribes works!! My cat had a dental cleaning once and did not need the IV fluid which was included in the estimate. I would never know that since he had his leg shaved… Dr Whitney was super honest and told me about it and how I didn’t need to pay another $200 ish (maybe less, I can’t remember the exact number) for that. I have 3 other cats and we continue to go to JCAH. I was reading reviews on how people got upset with someone at the front desk, etc and I don’t think it’s fair to give this place 1 star because of something like that. I am sure 99% of those people are amazing and truly care. I have had one bad experience with front desk many years ago and that never changed my love for this place! They always call to check on my cats and help me A LOT with my ginger “pest” who needs to be sedated when he comes in… I never think twice when someone asks for a vet recommendation. I deeply appreciate Dr Whitney and wish a lot of success to this place. May they have more and more clients and hope they stay in business forever!!! Love you all so much.”

“there was one lady that was not nice at all! she kept stalling and wouldn’t let us take home the dog, but the others that we dealt with before were willing to work with us. she ended up giving the dog we were looking into for 2 months to someone else. we would go to the animal shelter once a week to play with the puppy we wanted for us to not get her. she was also really bad at communicating. i gave her my phone number and email and she would refuse to give me updates or reach out. i had to call every day to get an update. i would not recommend this place. if you were to go make sure you work with the boys at the shelter. they are super sweet.”
