“We love NAAH! They take excellent care of both of my dogs -- but have been so amazing with one in particular. Even though my dog Riggins has been going to them since he was a puppy, he developed truly severe vet anxiety. A few years ago, the vet who was seeing him at the time recommended we bring him in for consistent "happiness visits" -- just short visits where they give him treats and love and show him around / desensitize him. We did those pretty consistently for over a year, and it made an enormous difference. He is still anxious, but he goes in tail wagging and happy to see them. They have been so flexible and supportive in their care of him, and we truly appreciate it. In general -- their office is efficient and responsive, and everyone who works there has been very kind. Thanks NAAH for everything!”

“Our kitties loved their stay at the pet ranch! They came home happy and energetic, and it was clear that they were taken care of very well. My wife and I LOVED the daily report cards with pictures of our cats playing with toys and being cuddled. It was always the highlight of our day looking at those while out of town. We previously boarded our cats elsewhere, and they looked absolutely miserable when we picked them up. They hid under the couch for hours after we got home. So we decided to try Remington, even though it was nearly an hour drive from where we live in North Austin. It was 100% worth the drive, and we will always leave our kitties with Remington going forward. You can tell that the staff truly love animals and treats them accordingly. They are also slightly more expensive than the other place we used before, but it’s worth it to have peace of mind knowing that our fur babies are safe and treated well. It was so kind of the staff to give us a surprise envelope with refrigerator magnets that had pictures of our cats. And the staff told us specific things about the cats’ personalities and quirks, which made me know that they were getting plenty of individual attention. 10/10, would highly recommend!”

“Casey at Taurus South Lamar might be the perfect dog trainer. My young, high-energy pup returned from a two-week board-and-train with new skills, more manageable energy, and easy-to-follow instructions so I could learn and work with him to keep it going. Casey’s follow-up sessions made it clear she knows my dog and had really personalized his training. She was always patient and never seemed rushed, and she demonstrated the training work in a way that made me feel confident moving forward. To top things off, she volunteered to move a heavy new dog crate up the stairs to my house. I’m looking forward to continuing my dog’s training and play dates at Taurus, and I’m sure he’ll continue to love both.”
