“I have no complains regarding Mollie the trainer, but I would never recommend pet paradise to anybody. It's nothing like they tell you how it is. My dog was kept loocked because their staff is not trainer certified, so what's the point of me leaving my dog with them? Besides, my dog got sick there and they didn't notify me. Seems the last thing they care is about the dogs. They look like they are taking as many dogs as they can, and when I visited my dog the smell was terrible and the place had a very strong smell too. Seems the staff is more trained to treat the pet owner to convince you the dogs are treated well than trained to actually care about the dogs.”

The manager Lauren helped me so much but unfortunately 1 out of the 6 nights my dogs stayed they were left out to sleep in patio and were forgotten to be brought back in. I reserved a VIP suit to be able to see them while on my cruise and I felt so hopeless with no emergency line to call. My dog also came home with a swollen ball shape on his throat that I still don’t have answers too.”
