“I recently boarded my 1.5 yo pup with Tucker Pup's. This was her first boarding experience and both my partner and I were somewhat nervous as to how she would acclimate. Within a day of dropping her off, Tucker Pup's sent us a photo of her playing outside. After 24 hours I called to see if they could provide an update on how she was doing. Staff were very understanding and provided an email update with details about how she was eating, playing and resting. I really appreciated the detailed update and it allowed us to relax and trust that she truly was in good hands. Upon picking her up, she was her usual smiley and playful self. We will most certainly be using Tucker Pup's again for future boarding needs.”

We were worried because we asked her to share more of his paws and mouth and do teeth brushing and was not sure how our dog will take it. Came out looking amazing and happy. Angela did an amazing job. Great for grooming. Jason is amazing. We just adopted our fuzz ball, and he needed a full shave down (aka after shelter cut). Our fluffy one was matted, fur out grown in paws, and needed ear cleaning. Jason did a great job. Jason took great care, giving him a full shave to get the shelter out of him.”

In the past several months, it has continued to grow and has become infected twice, the second time the infection did not clear w antibiotics, so I came here for a second opinion after my usual vet had told me twice that there was not much I can do bc of age/risk/etc. Anywho, this doctor saw us. He checked the lump and then went through in depth what my options were and answered my questions. He gave me a quote on the surgery, assessed my cats overall health, and overall gave me hope for my little kitty to at least have some value of life added back.”

“Update: The practice manager called to offer condolences and collaborate on resolving the issue with paw print. They're making changes to prevent similar experiences in the future. Additionally, they're planting a tree in my pet's honor, a touching gesture. I appreciate their commitment to learning, but I'll keep my original review for others. --- While the staff is generally friendly and the vets seem compassionate, my experiences have been pretty disappointing. During a dental procedure for my cat, there was a lack of clear communication regarding the need for verbal permission during anesthesia. I was taken aback when they tried to charge me for the extra anesthesia — which I wasn't adequately informed about (no mention on the consent form). In a more recent and emotionally challenging incident involving the euthanasia of my 19-year-old cat, a paid-for commemorative paw print was promised but never received due to a processing error. This, coupled with a hefty bill, has left me at a loss. Despite expressing my frustrations about communication gaps and errors, and having spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars, the overall service keeps falling short of expectations. They have been receptive to my feedback regarding suggestions for enhancing processes and communication. Despite my ongoing willingness to give them the benefit of the doubt, I find myself deflated and disappointed. While the location and history are convenient, the recurrent issues make me consider seeking veterinary care elsewhere.”

“I would strongly encourage all new pet owners to review the lowest ratings at Kohn Animal Hospital. You will see a pattern that this veterinarian does NOT see pets in times of NEED or on an EMERGENCY basis for this I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. Whoever the front desk girl that was working on 2/19/24 at 4pm was such a disrespectful human being, and was so rude. I have 2 pets that are very ill and needed an emergency appointment to bring them in. This front desk girl that worked showed NO CARE NO EMPATHY, and NO URGENCY what-so-ever. Basically told me to take them elsewhere to different vet and hung up the phone. Like excuse me?? I've been coming to see Dr. Mann for many years and do not deserve to be treated that way!! As a pet parent I’m appalled at this extraordinary disservice. I will never return. If you treat pet parents this way I can’t imagine what goes on behind closed doors at your business. Response to business: Absolutely no recommendations were provided to me during this stressful time of pet emergency by your staff. Your staff member had a callous attitude toward the sufferings of others. For this experience, I'm lowering my review to 1-star and do NOT recommend you with any animal’s care. I will be letting everyone in our community know about this poor experience and not to come to you.”
