“this was my first time putting my dog in daycare. i think $35 isn't bad. it was pretty last minute; we scheduled the evaluation for the day before we needed her first daycare day. i was pretty worried because i adopted her only a few months ago and she definitely has a lot of separation anxiety. surprisingly, everything turned out fine! i received detailed report cards with photos of her and her new friends. she did come back smelling very strongly (no way to sugarcoat it), but a bath fixed that right up. i guess there's not much they can do about that. i would recommend playtime pet resort!”

“Highly recommend this place! I came here on a recommendation. One of my two dogs needed his teeth cleaned. After our consultation we were able to get an appointment 2 months later and today the appointment came! They made it easy to check in and called me after his appointment was done. They did have to pull 4 teeth which I wasn’t prepared for but hey things happen. super affordable and will be taking both my fur babies here for any major procedures moving forward. Our regular vet office wanted to charge me 5x what this office did for the same procedure.”

“Everyone is so compassionate and caring! My 13 year old Doberman was not eating, had vomited a few times, and seemed sad overall. This seemed to have been brought on all of a sudden. Dr. Roth found stomach x-rays and bloodwork to be normal, so we decided to treat her with medication to fight a stomach bug. Two days later, we noticed that her right anal gland had ruptured and drained blood tinged pus. Instead of her feeling worse, she began to perk up. After another visit, we began to realize her symptoms were most likely the cause of an abscess in her anal gland. Once we began an antibacterial med, she started back on her regular routine, and the wound began to close up almost immediately after it finished draining out the bad stuff a few days later. Because of Dr. Roth's quick actions to start antibiotics, she is still with us today, continuing to enjoy everyday strolls through the yard alongside our cat, turkeys, and chickens. She loves helping me herd them into their coop in the evenings, wagging her tail the entire time. I think this gives her purpose, while she gives me purpose and continuous smiles each and every day! “The person that reviews the information for cat adoption is very condescending. Treated me as if I was a liar on my cat adoption application. I understand being cautious. However, I have rescued cats my whole life and have a great relationship with our cats vet. The tragic part is a homeless cat sat in a cage alone while the person reviewing the application played games. At least call and tell me I wasn’t accepted. Maybe she was scared to because she had no reason to deny me. Except for the fact she didn’t like me. I can’t help but conclude it’s because I have a TBI and she didn’t find my answers fluent enough. Which is prejudice. The tragedy is for the cat! When I first met the cat the lady assisting my daughter and I even complimented us on our interaction with the cat. She genuinely liked how the cat interacted with us. Sadly prejudice against different types of people runs rampant.”

When picking him up after the procedure they had him soaking in his own urine and shoved the carrier into her hands without even letting her inside. It's been a year and his testicles are still swollen. You definitely get what you pay for. Beware.”

“I came here with my mother to look at adoptable dogs. The setting was large and as clean and open as can be expected from a charity doing its best. The site was broken down by size of dogs and by dogs and cats. The were large both indoor and outdoor pens to meet the potential pets. They had separate small buildings where you could meet your next friend. In order to meet a new friend, you first must fill out an application and meet a volunteer. With the dogs, they were firm about wanting people who would be active and walk the dogs frequently and exercise them regularly. They were knowledgeable about the dog breeds and seemed to have good information about where the animals came from. We did not about in this visit. This organization is highly recommended.”

“I’ve been to Petsmart a couple times since they opened and I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed. The store is laid out well, it’s brightly lit, shelves are stocked, it’s clean and the employees genuinely seemed to want to help you. My only complaint would be that the prices are a bit higher then what I’d pay if purchasing online but it is a brick and mortar so I can understand since they have a higher overhead f *edit 4/5/19 - I have now been to this location approximately 8x. I have been in with my friends dog as well as my cat and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I’m not impressed with the groomers and the length of time it takes for them to execute a standard grooming. I will say that the woman who handled my cat was very professional even after I expressed my disappointment in not being told my cat would be there for 3-4 hours. The groomer kept me in the loop during her stay and my cat seemed happy when I picked her up however because of how the grooming is expedited with multiple cats/dogs and being rotated between them I won’t return for grooming. I’d prefer to have an appointment where my cat sees a groomer that’s dedicated to one animal from start to finish. **they price match Chewys and Amazon!!”
