“Anytime I have gone to the store I have had a nice experience so I decided to try the grooming services. Unfortunately, my experience with the grooming was not as great. Our pup had flakes and things all stuck to his fur after the grooming , a lot of spots were matted and had sticky stuff in his fur… I wasn’t even sure they bathed him so when I called to ask they said I could bring him back for them to rinse him but I had to get my husband to the airport and I don’t have time for them to repeat the service right now. But they didn’t offer any other solutions or remorse. Just disappointing. Money and time wasted. We won’t be bringing him back to this groomer :(”

“I brought my baby girl Mala in with pyometra absolutely devastated thinking we were going to lose her. The whole entire staff were so kind and helpful. The hospital was super clean and welcoming. I won’t be bringing my baby anywhere else but here. They really do care about the animals. They also review all the charges clearly and work with payment plans which saved us. Mala had to stay overnight after her surgery and I was a mess all night worried, for nothing. They took amazing care of her and I picked her up the next day (today) again, thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication! You guys saved my baby.. my four daughters, husband and I are beyond grateful. Amazing team! Definitely recommend 10/10!”

“This is our go to vet. We came here for our old boy prince and his bad back needing x-rays as he has two bad discs. And recently came with out two puppies one having worms when we adopted her not knowing this till recently and brought her brother Milo in to test if he had them two. Over all we have had good luck with them besides one time recently taking Milo in to be tested we were told they had throw away his sample and gave him a test that we already had done 3 times a week prior. Then only for us to call several times to find out what to do since they threw the sample out. Later in the day we finally got a call back that they misplaced it forgot the sample and still had it. Soon as it was found they did send it out to be tested. That’s the only hiccup we have had. Over all we have had very positive experience and everyone does amazing with the dogs and it’s rare but pretty sure Milo loves this vet lol.”

“The groomers are very caring. Took Maui our 8 year old rescued pet who has become very close to us here. It was our 2nd appointment with PetSmart. Quite a few months apart between appointments. She trembled, peed, and we were told pooped all over. This is what these workers have to go through many times. Unfortunately, Maui did not stop doing this so we picked her up and we were given another appointment for the next day. We decided not to feed her until we got back home. She did much better the next day. No trembling or pooping, like the day before. They did a great job on her and she was happy when she came. The groomers are very caring in this PetSmart! “With the grooming, the only requirement I had was to blow dry my Golden’s fur straight. Unfortunately they had ignored my request (which I told verbally, written down on the grooming sheet, and submitted on their website). It’s really not hard to do since I typically do it myself at home. The first picture is when I picked her up from boarding & the 2nd pic is when I groom her at home. The boarding facility itself was great. Lady LOVES the water and would swim all day if possible. However, she is also very well trained so she needs the “okay” or encouragement by a person in order for her to jump in the pool. I mentioned this at check-in, and it seemed like this didn’t get communicated because when I loaded the webcam, she spent her time circling around the pool, looking at the humans, waiting for someone to give her the “okay”. At pick up, I asked about the pool and one caretaker did say she got in once during the 4-day stay but just stood in the shallow end. That’s not like her, so Lady probably felt uncomfortable like she was breaking the rules or something. I usually don’t give reviews, but this was just a mixed experience given how luxurious the facility is. I wanted to take her to a top-dollar place so she could get the best care! I think if we try Pet Paradise again, I will schedule for more individual plays so the team can get to know her better.”

“I stopped in yesterday to see a Frenchie puppy Oreo who was available. My heart melted. He had to be part of my family! Samual and Eric did their best to ensure I stayed within my budget and worked with corporate to make sure he came home with me. Prices are a premium, but the care and attention that goes into these babies is why you pay the premium. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Oreo, now Finnegan, has adapted overnight and is super relaxed. They did an excellent job socializing this puppy with individuals and other animals. Which from having multiple dogs over the years can be a huge undertaking. Thank You Petland and Samual and Eric for brining Finnegan home!!”
