“In short: trustful, expert, reasonable prices, professional staff, friendly, helpful. In details: this is a late review (the case happened 10.July.2023 13:45) but is still valid and reliable. I moved recently to Hoogkarspel and have no idea about this region. I have 2 cats (Nemo and Leo). Due to certain circumstances and limited budget, I couldn't give them the yearly vaccination for 2 years nor insurance. Moreover, Nemo got sick. I searched all the possible vet clinics around me, ending up with 12 vet clinics. Then I started calling them one by one to know the cost range. Some of them answered the call some did not. Also I read all the google reviews for each one. After filtering, ending up with 2 vet clinics but more specific reviews let me chose "Dierenkliniek Zwaag" which saying that the clinic is giving the priority to treat the pets other than complicating the process or charging unnecessary cost. We explained our situation to the receptionist ( a kind lady). Then she allowed us to see the doctor without appointment. The good thing was that the doctor was updated with all what I had said to the receptionist. The doctor didn't waste the time and started checking Nemo. Ending up with very acceptable treatment in terms of cost and medication. Doctor extended his support by providing the missed vaccination for both of them. Not only this, also he extended his support for future if Nemo and Leo need any help. It is true that I don't know any of crew name but their kindness and their understanding for our situation and their care of our cats touched our soles and we will never forget this incident.
