“I recently boarded my 1.5 yo pup with Tucker Pup's. This was her first boarding experience and both my partner and I were somewhat nervous as to how she would acclimate. Within a day of dropping her off, Tucker Pup's sent us a photo of her playing outside. After 24 hours I called to see if they could provide an update on how she was doing. Staff were very understanding and provided an email update with details about how she was eating, playing and resting. I really appreciated the detailed update and it allowed us to relax and trust that she truly was in good hands. Upon picking her up, she was her usual smiley and playful self. We will most certainly be using Tucker Pup's again for future boarding needs.”

“just wanted a bath and a trim. got a call about 30 minutes in saying they couldn’t finish because he keep moving and they said “he’s pretty naked” came and picked him up and his back and only one leg was completely shaved. (he’s only 4 months old of course he’s going to move he was probably traumatized) didn’t trim his head or get his bath. i understand he had mats on his back two legs but he didn’t have any mats on his back so why shave his back? or why touch them when we only wanted a trim?”

“My dog and I both love coming in for a grooming refresh with Theresa. My dog is a rescue so his first initial sessions were rough. He'd bite, thrash, growl—it's taken work. Theresa was so patient with him as he got used to getting the spa treatment. Now, he wags his tail whenever we walk in and his tail really gets going when he sees Theresa. It took a minute to find a style that suited him and Theresa was very gracious in the experimentation. Nowadays, we've nailed his style: bell bottoms with long pigtails and a feathered tail. He loves getting a treat for good behavior at checkout and even struts with eye glances at strangers when we head home (seriously, look at the photos). Theresa's also vigilant in offering whatever seasonal special/scent is available. Going to the groomer is always a fun experience for us. Employee numbers usually run low so I'd recommend coming in with a more relaxed temperament; extend some grace to fellow workers, please! We're going on 3 years as loyal customers and I'm grateful Theresa invested in a relationship with my dog.”

I began bringing my pet there for grooming several years ago and was blown away by the professionalism and kindness of the grooming team. I now bring all three dogs and feel very confident that they are each very well cared for due to this team. Also, each time I enter the store, I am greeted by very friendly store associates. Every single associate I have encountered over the years seems genuinely happy to be there. Customer service at its best, which is rare these days. We were worried because we asked her to share more of his paws and mouth and do teeth brushing and was not sure how our dog will take it. Came out looking amazing and happy. Angela did an amazing job. Great for grooming. Jason is amazing. We just adopted our fuzz ball, and he needed a full shave down (aka after shelter cut). Our fluffy one was matted, fur out grown in paws, and needed ear cleaning. Jason did a great job. Jason took great care, giving him a full shave to get the shelter out of him.”

“Unless your dog is 100% healthy, young, and strong you do not want to leave it here. If anything unusual presents itself, they make zero effort to figure out what is wrong, not even consulting the in-building vet. Our dogs have stayed here 10-15 nights every year for many years, but no longer. We were 1,000 miles away on vacation when they called saying our dog (who is old) could not stand up and we need to pick her up immediately. They made it sound like the dog was on her deathbed. My wife flew home immediately (4 days early) and the issue was that the dog, as is common with old dogs, could not get sufficient traction on the slick floor. She was otherwise spunky and energetic. She just needed a bit of help standing or a mat to make the floor less slick... but this is apparently beyond the job description of Petsmart employees. They were completely unapologetic, saying the local vet was too busy to even get an opinion. I spoke with the assistant manager who said the manager would call me the next day. I never got a call. When we took the dog to the vet he was surprised that we had been called, much less told to cut our vacation short and come home to pick up the dog, as slick floors are difficult for many older dogs. This dog has now logged 10-15 happy nights in the six months since the PetSmart nightmare, at a place that actually cares.”

I bring both of my Pomeranians and my cat here for medical services (ALL of the doctors are knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to whatever you may need help with). They ALL also get groomed here by Kristie, who does a BEAUTIFUL job at the BEST price. My dogs take part in the Daycare (Boarding as well, when needed) here, which is the GREATEST service to tire your kids out during the day and pictures are available DAILY on their Facebook Group! The staff are CARING and want nothing but the best for your pets. I plan on coming here for years to come!”

“What can I say about a clean and friendly environment? I love this office and their staff! From the front receptionists to the techs and the doctors... they are truly caring people. My kittens are patients at Kindred, and they are treated so well. I think the staff has loved seeing them grow from little kittens to "toddlers" (if there's such a thing). I had a chihuahua who unfortunately passed away not long ago. They understood I was out of town and made accommodations for me to see her and make arrangements for my Lola. The entire staff was so kind to sign a condolence card for me. It's a little gesture that means so much to someone grieving. I could go on... but I am definitely grateful to have found a wonderful place for Moxie and Elvis. They are truly amazing!!!”
