My lizard escaped over night never to be seen again. I want my money back but it’s out of my way and it worth the time to go get it. I give three stars because they had a good variety of animals and staff was decent.”

“First groom and didn’t know what to expect or who would do a better groom. 5 months old with no idea what type of groom to ask for. We look at some pics and found the perfect style showed Isabel who we never met before but we were so fortunate to come in this day and Isabel was the only groomer. I’m sure others are good groomers but we are extremely happy with Isabel’s work today. Isabel listened to us and did exactly what we imagined. We are very happy with this grooming and highly recommend Isabel. Didn’t push up selling but logically and smoothly unsold us on the best package and we are very satisfied with it, good job selling Isabel!”

“Extremely affordable, with that being said I scheduled my pup for a neuter. I let them know size and weight of my pup when scheduling. Said they would be able to do it. During pre op techs wouldn’t even step into the room, and vet was nervous to touch my dog. Over heard male vet tech ‘ not a dog that big’. Overall if you don’t service large breeds, don’t schedule them. I took off work for this pre op and surgery. I could have been scheduled with a place who does service large breeds. When I was in the room they all seemed so scattered. Gave info when I walked in but was asked multiple times why I was there by different people. Not organized. Only giving 2 stars because I was referred to Be well animal hospital. So far they seem great and have a same day neuter for this week. Plus AFFORDABLE”

I’m so glad I found this place because they are the total opposite of that, they go over pricing, they offer holistic solutions and it’s clean! “These guys know birds!! My elderly Amazon parrot that I inherited is very mean and bites everyone who comes near him. He needed grooming but nobody was willing to work with him. They took him right in and groomed him. I was shocked and how great they were with this bird. They were able to reshape his beak trim his nails and even notified me that his gait was off from a possible stroke. They referred me to a great vet who helped me nurse this bird back to health. I am soo grateful to this place. Their prices are extremely reasonable and my bird looks forward to seeing them and gets all excited when it's time to go.”

“First I’ll say, that the chicken is amazing, the flavor is amazing and chicken is very tender. On this trip we got the original chicken sandwich and the spicy. The spicy had ghost pepper In it, which had an amazing flavor, but definitely made me sweat. We loaded our fries/ tater tots, which added chives and cheddar cheese. Which sounds amazing, on this occasion they over cooked both tots and fries. Parking is plenty, and their service is ok. Their soda machine was not working, so we only had three choices of fountain drinks. No Coca Cola, and the sodas tasted flat. Their dipping sauces were good, but I felt it needed a little more flavor. But I still think it deserves a look over, maybe your experience will be better.”
