“Anytime I have gone to the store I have had a nice experience so I decided to try the grooming services. Unfortunately, my experience with the grooming was not as great. Our pup had flakes and things all stuck to his fur after the grooming , a lot of spots were matted and had sticky stuff in his fur… I wasn’t even sure they bathed him so when I called to ask they said I could bring him back for them to rinse him but I had to get my husband to the airport and I don’t have time for them to repeat the service right now. But they didn’t offer any other solutions or remorse. Just disappointing. Money and time wasted. We won’t be bringing him back to this groomer :(”

“Jessica at Air Animal moved Princess Leia from Southampton, NY to Cape Town. I am a very nervous pet owner and from the outset it was clear that Jessica was very experienced. Jessica was always available to speak to me although it was not always immediate which initially was disconcerting, but I soon realized Jessica was “on it”. My USDA veterinarian also said Air Animal was one of the most organized companies she had ever worked with. I am especially given Jessica 5 stars because plans changed at the last minute and she showed incredible flexibility and most importantly, I received all my documents in time. “In the past we used a reputable kennel, and at first we were pleased with the service. During the last two stays, our pup came home depressed. After visiting the Dog Stop for grooming services, we decided to board him there on our next out of town vacation. We could not be more pleased as we were able to view him on the pup cams and tell that he was enjoying himself. Upon picking him up he was his same old happy go lucky self. We highly recommend the Dog Stop.”

“Near my grandmothers house people frequently abandon their pets within the neighborhood. Two kittens were recently amongst the abandoned so my grandmother called about bringing them in. She had a pleasant conversation over the phone and was told she could bring them in. When she brought the two kittens in she dealt with a completely rude woman who tried to make her feel awful for feeding them and not just essentially ignoring the problem. She also made sure to say to my grandmother that she “hoped they wouldn’t end up at the farm.” If this is the way you talk to and treat people it’s not a mystery why people don’t bother to surrender pets the proper way and just continue to abandon them. Appalling the way you spoke to an elderly person who was trying to do the right thing.”
