They wanted to charge us over $11,000 to help with our pups recovery. Once regular business resumed at other vet clinics I called about a dozen places before I was referred to this gem. From the beginning of the process with Randi to the end with Dakota, the team was responsive and thorough. Flying our two fur babies from Belgium to Hawaii was very stressful and nerve-wracking; however, Dakota was on top of everything, and she and the individuals who helped with transportation, flights, and boarding in Brussels, Frankfurt, LAX, and Honolulu ensured that everything went smoothly, including a very quick direct airport release in Honolulu. The personal updates, photos, and door-to-door service, which included ice cubes in the water bowls en route to the dogs' new home in Hawaii, were wonderful personal touches. We cannot say enough about this company and highly recommend it. Yes, these pet shipping services are pricey but you cannot put a price tag on peace of mind.”

They are sleeping together in one plastic Tupperware bin. This kind of thing disgusts me. Putting animals through harsh living conditions just to make a profit. Makes me sick.”

“3/23/23: Spay operation procedure & all vaccines were done here at this site for our fur pup Lady. I know it's hard to book an appointment here with Emancipet but I truly love how they provided service, handle the procedure and keeping us posted on updates. The whole procedure went well with no complications done by Maud Marin DMV. The price here is highly fair compared to other locations. My pup can be a little tough to deal with sometimes but he always knows what to do to make him feel comfortable. Recently I had to leave him there for a few hours which made me a little nervous, but i knew he would be well taken care of. “Ruff Ruff did a great job with grooming 2 fur babies today. The schnoodle got a schnauzer face with very sharp-looking eyebrows, and the Maltichon got a teddy bear haircut. What I appreciated most was that the groomer listened to my request for a wide, oval muzzle for my Maltichon (his muzzle been cut too pointy and fox-like in the past) and a nice rounded head. The nails were also nicely clipped short, and the hair between the paw pads was well clipped/shaved, as was the sanitary area. Ears were also cleaned. (I have a checklist because with a previous groomer, things got missed/forgotten/half-done.) NB: my doggie's hair was pretty long, and before the groom, Angela ran a steel comb through his hair to check for mats & tangles. $45 for small, < 20 lb dogs (for credit cards, add 3%) and sales tax, obviously). Prices are on their website, and I like the transparency. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the owner Angela is a very kind person. (I like supporting businesses run by nice people.) These pictures are three days after the doggies' haircuts. The maltichon's "blow-dry" is still holding, as evidenced by the straight fluffiness on the top of his head. The mini schnoodle's eyebrows and beard are no longer stick straight, but she still smells good.”
