“My personal experience at the Greeley location has always been phenomenal; the staff and manager are always very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Ollie has been there every single time I've gone in and was able to calm Me down once when I walked in frustrated with their app as well as their website; she was able to override the items that were actually in stock with the 10% online discount and extremely pleasant in doing so. Ollie is always outgoing when I've walked in to pick up additional items. She's always very cheerful and pleasant to interact with. Last night I walked in for My online order because of a similar app/website issue and Barb and Rachel were also very pleasant in assisting with overriding items that were listed as "not available" for an online order and as frustrating as it is to have to go into the store for curbside pickup and having to explain to the store staff/manager I've just had to get used to it. ‍ On that note this review is based on the store staff not the app nor their Petco website they both have their cat food/supply inventory totally off. It is My hope that this matter will be addressed and resolved soon; it's been an ongoing issue for 5+ years and with today's technology one would think that it would have already been resolved. Come on Petco IT personnel; take care of this already! Items that were "not available"; supposedly.‍”

“I cannot say enough great things about City Bark- Broomfield! We have boarded our two dogs here at least 5 times and my dogs are always excited to stay. Today I gave their grooming services a shot with our Bernedoodle, and can say Sabrina did an AMAZING job grooming my dog and you can really tell how much she cares about our pets.
