“just wanted a bath and a trim. got a call about 30 minutes in saying they couldn’t finish because he keep moving and they said “he’s pretty naked” came and picked him up and his back and only one leg was completely shaved. (he’s only 4 months old of course he’s going to move he was probably traumatized) didn’t trim his head or get his bath. i understand he had mats on his back two legs but he didn’t have any mats on his back so why shave his back? or why touch them when we only wanted a trim?”

“This place is great. AIP was recommended to me by both my dog's rescue organization and his vet, and thank goodness. Everything is based on positive reinforcement, which is essential when you have a nervous pup like mine. The basic class was really helpful, Jennifer was great with helping individualize training as much as possible in a group session. The facility was nice and clean, and the class wasn't too crowded at all. The best though, is the private training. Private training is always pricey, but their rates are great for the amount of time you get, and they have a discount for rescue dogs! I think that's awesome! It's totally worth it. My dog was having some pretty big issues, but Rachel was able to swoop in and save the day! She knew just what was going on and what to do about it. All of the issues we were having were addressed, and I was given tons of amazing training tools to help my little guy out. She made the plan simple and easy to follow, and I started seeing results much quicker than I anticipated. It really has made my relationship with my dog so much better, thank you! If you want training to be a positive experience for you and your dog, this is the place.”

“I took my Fur Baby Thunder to Graceland-Fairlawn Funeral Home to be Cremated after he passed. An Amazing Gentleman by the name of Donnie Sutton who is over the Pet Cemetery and Cremation at Graceland-Fairlawn helped me through the process. He was very sweet, kind, caring, and compassionate. You could tell that he is truly called to do his job at helping people through the loss of their Pets. He went through all of the options with me, helped me pick out a beautiful Urn for my Thunder. When I took Thunder in Donnie took great care taking Thunder out of the back of my vehicle for me, and taking him into the building. Then Donnie took me into the office to go over all of the options available for pets. I went with the Cremation, and with the help of Donnie picked out a Beautiful wood Urn to put my Thunder in. Donnie also took a nose print, and paw print of Thunder's nose, and paw, and wrapped them up beautifully when I went to pick up Thunder's remains. I dropped Thunder off on Tue, and was able to pick up his remains the following day on Wed. Everything was packaged so very nicely, you can tell that great care and detail was taken and used to take the best care of my Thunder. The cost of everything was also very reasonable. I would defiantly Recommend Graceland-Fairlawn and Donnie to anyone who is looking to Cremate, or bury their fur baby. They are very kind, caring, and compassionate, good hearted people; who will take amazing care of you and your Fur baby. I highly recommend them and their team. I'm adding photo's of the care package that they sent home with me, and the beautiful Urn that Thunder came home in. A big Thank You to Graceland-Fairlawn Funeral Home, and to Donnie Sutton who took me through the process, and for taking such good care of my Thunder.
