“Anytime I have gone to the store I have had a nice experience so I decided to try the grooming services. Unfortunately, my experience with the grooming was not as great. Our pup had flakes and things all stuck to his fur after the grooming , a lot of spots were matted and had sticky stuff in his fur… I wasn’t even sure they bathed him so when I called to ask they said I could bring him back for them to rinse him but I had to get my husband to the airport and I don’t have time for them to repeat the service right now. But they didn’t offer any other solutions or remorse. Just disappointing. Money and time wasted. We won’t be bringing him back to this groomer :(”

“The groomers are very caring. Took Maui our 8 year old rescued pet who has become very close to us here. It was our 2nd appointment with PetSmart. Quite a few months apart between appointments. She trembled, peed, and we were told pooped all over. This is what these workers have to go through many times. Unfortunately, Maui did not stop doing this so we picked her up and we were given another appointment for the next day. We decided not to feed her until we got back home. She did much better the next day. No trembling or pooping, like the day before. They did a great job on her and she was happy when she came. The groomers are very caring in this PetSmart! St. Cloud, Florida.”

“I've always loved Mr. Petman, though today had me questioning things. I stopped in to get some toys for my ferret and took a look at the ferrets they had in stock. The two that were in the enclosure were so young had to be close to 4-6 weeks old, they didn't even had their back canines in yet. The cashier had mentioned they were 6-8 months old which I understand not everyone may know but that is close to impossible for how small they were. The more alarming part Is that the white ferret was nothing but skin and bones. This little guy was trying to express his bladder multiple times with no luck, was shaking, had hair loss on his tail, and looked like he was on the brink of death. The other ferret seemed to look healthy so it was a stark contrast. The white male ferret NEEDS medical attention ASAP. I visited the store on 10-1-2023 and I really hope that he gets vet attention soon because he may not have much time left judging by his condition. I am really disappointed that it seems to have slipped by the staff of Mr. Petman and I would hate to see this guy lose his life or be purchased and only have a few weeks with his new family.”

“I stopped in yesterday to see a Frenchie puppy Oreo who was available. My heart melted. He had to be part of my family! Samual and Eric did their best to ensure I stayed within my budget and worked with corporate to make sure he came home with me. Prices are a premium, but the care and attention that goes into these babies is why you pay the premium. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Oreo, now Finnegan, has adapted overnight and is super relaxed. They did an excellent job socializing this puppy with individuals and other animals. Which from having multiple dogs over the years can be a huge undertaking. Thank You Petland and Samual and Eric for brining Finnegan home!!”
