“Super clean store with knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is calming and the all the aquariums really set the mood. I can come here when I'm having a bad day and leave a bit more tranquil. I love to get my "woods" from here too, whether it be cork, grapewood, mopani, etc, they have a good selection of everything you'll need for reptiles. All the reptiles, fish, amphibians, arachnids, invertebrates seem to be healthy and thriving- one of the best shops (if not THE best shop) in town. Edit- I was reading through reviews and people keep mentioning gossip and unprofessional behavior- I'm not saying it couldn't happen, it happens everywhere, but even when Lee had the shop in the old location, the staff was friendly and kind. I've even had them explain things to me and NOT make me feel like a complete idiot, so that's a biggie. I feel like the staff is great and HUMAN. Just because you catch someone at a bad time doesn't make the shop any less amazing!!”

“I was in the area and wasn’t going to make it to the Tractor Supply back home so I put in my order for chicken feed and dog food. I got the text that my order was ready, when I clicked on the link I saw they didn’t have my dog food. Ok, I understand this, so I went inside. My chicken feed wasn’t even pulled yet, so no, my order wasn’t ready, then the guy asked if I wanted to pick up the dog food when their shipment came in, I explained I was from out of town so no, cancel that one. They didn’t have my dog food in any size so unfortunately I had to change it up so my dogs could eat when I got home, and here we are 3 days later, I’m getting a text at 7:30am saying my order in Sierra Vista is ready. I look at my bank account and sure enough, there’s a hold on it for a bag of dog food that was supposed to be cancelled 3 days ago. However, they were all very nice which did get them the 2 stars.”

“I took my little girl in this past weekend for a full grooming and she looks just lovely. She was taken care of by Ty (Tyquane). They did such a good job around her paws in trimming the hair and nails nicely. Her nails look better than when the vet's office has done them. They just look really good. They put the most adorable little bow in her hair and she smelled so good and clean. Thank you so much!”

“I’ve always had great transactions in the past with Ryan’s but this last one left a sour taste in my mouth and makes me hesitate to ever order grooming equipment from them again. Ordered some cordless clippers from them as my current set of corded ones are struggling to function and I know Ryan’s shipping has always been fast for me. They were delayed from a snowstorm but still arrived within the week. When I finally got them, I opened the box to find the 10 blade missing and the cord and instructions kind of awkwardly shoved inside. Upon inspecting the clippers they had dog hair jammed all into the housing and blade lever. Definitely used. I attempted to charge them and they work plugged in but do not charge or hold a charge. Either someone swapped their broken pair for a new one and returned them and no one at Ryan’s inspected the return, or they’re straight up stocking used items and selling them as new. Either way, I’m out a set of clippers and hoping my old set can hang on until I can find another replacement as now these are out of stock at Ryans and they could only offer to refund me. The customer service rep I spoke to was great in terms of getting me a return label and initiating the refund process at least. But I’m very alarmed to recieve obviously used equipment and will likely no longer be buying shears, stripping knives or clipper gear from them.”

My first interaction with them a week ago was very pleasant - I got greeted upon entering the door and I felt very welcome. This is the reason why I took my dog today to try out their grooming services and I’m so happy I did! I will highly recommend Teddy’s Dog House to anyone who’s looking for a local friendly groomer. Their services are superb and they will surely follow your preference and specifications for your dog’s grooming. My dog smells really good and her coat feels really smooth and clean. I also met the owner, and she’s hands-down the best and very very nice! She knows about dogs and will give you good recommendations on how to keep your dog looking tidy at home.”
