“I purchased a four pack of flea treatments for my dogs on Saturday afternoon. I put a treatment on two dogs Saturday night and went to put one on a third dog on Sunday morning. The one I got out of the package was empty. After looking closer at it I could tell it had been cut and all the liquid had leaked out. I went to the store and talked to a clerk and she spoke to the manager and I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because I had already used two of them. When she went to the isle and checked the other one they had it was the same way. She took it off the shelf so they wouldn’t sell it but said I couldn’t have a full tube out of it because her manager said not to take care of it. I’m a member there and will not be buying for my nine dogs there anymore.”

Really seemed to me that it was intentional because some prices were wrong in their system and I asked them to fix it. It was NOT necessary to hurt my dog! It was very upsetting! “Tried to leave this review for the specific product on their website but it kept telling me I couldn't because I had an ad block (I didn't) so now I guess I've just got to leave it here since this is where I bought it from. The staff are lovely but the Store's in house "Full Cheeks" brand is not safe for pets. We got a loofa bacon and egg chews that was covered in hot glue on the back where it was blocked by the packaging. Turns out the product is held together by hot glue when the whole point is that it's a chew toy for smaller rodents. The hot glue is so so dangerous. This is not a reflection on this specific petsmart since the staff were lovely and the store was clean but I do not recommend petsmart full cheeks products as they seem to be unsafe. :(”

Every associate we're being professionally kind to each other. Got good clearance find. I didn't need fish but the aquarium section was so nice that I spent close to 30 minutes just taking pictures and admiring. Whoever put together the aqua section is top notch decorator and care taker. Very clean and humane and conditions.”

“The fish are so miserable here. The filtration equipment does not work properly so there is very little oxygen going into the water. *weeks later and there is still no change in oxygenation. There is no water movement. This is just slightly above common sense for anyone and is absolutely common sense for an animal husbandry business. Provide Oxygen!!!”
