“Don't get me wrong tropic waters is the best pet store I have ever seen/ been too, but I bought a rabbit from them today and I was not impressed with the patting on his tail and part of his stomach. I had to work out the mat and a few pieces of feces out of the tail and that took me the better part of an hour. I get that it's hard to keep everyone clean but that is one thing I believe could be focus a little bit more even if it's just a little brush through. There are the pics of the matting and all the other hair that came with it.”

“Today we Had our dog Alfa go in for a complete grooming. We Asked for his tail and legs to be cut and to just trim his body. He is a double coated dog and we would have never expected a groomer to be so uneducated to CUT our dogs body hair. They cut at least 2in off of his body, in some places on him you can only see the under coat and not his top coat. Very disappointed to say the least. We will not be going back to this petco for grooming services and I would hope they improve their training for groomers in the future so that this does not happen again. Not to mention they had us pay before we even got to see our dog, unfortunately we included a tip also. Do not recommend!! First image is today, after being cut. 2nd image is what he looked like after a grooming at the petco across town. Such a disappointment getting our dog back to look like this.”
