“I've been coming here since I was a little girl and now as an adult I'm grateful for the knowledge and care of the animals they have. I have a live aquarium, one with aquatic frogs and another with mollies and Cory catfish. They have everything you need to have a love aquarium, heaters, and healthy animals. My shrimps already had babies! It's a difference between here a big franchise that actually care enough to keep everything clean and have the knowledge to answer all questions. Highly recommend!”

“The adoption process was very straightforward. Facility was organized and clean. The staff was very nice, they answered all the questions we had. We ended up taking "Eclipse" home. (5mo black domestic short-hair). My partner and I settled on the name "Mira." She seems to naturally respond well to her new name. Mira was a little shy at first, which is understandable. Already potty-trained, gentle with her claws, and doesn't bite. We have been giving her lots of love and the space she needs to develop and feel comfortable in her new home. My SUV wasn't turning on after I picked up my cavapoo from getting her vaccines, and he actually took a moment to help me get my car started! I would've had to wait hours for AAA. That was such a kind gesture. The other employee was the one that was asking all his colleagues who would be able to help me! I am blown away by the kindness of this store and its employees. “My dog and I both love coming in for a grooming refresh with Theresa. My dog is a rescue so his first initial sessions were rough. He'd bite, thrash, growl—it's taken work. Theresa was so patient with him as he got used to getting the spa treatment. Now, he wags his tail whenever we walk in and his tail really gets going when he sees Theresa. It took a minute to find a style that suited him and Theresa was very gracious in the experimentation. Nowadays, we've nailed his style: bell bottoms with long pigtails and a feathered tail. He loves getting a treat for good behavior at checkout and even struts with eye glances at strangers when we head home (seriously, look at the photos). Theresa's also vigilant in offering whatever seasonal special/scent is available. Going to the groomer is always a fun experience for us. Employee numbers usually run low so I'd recommend coming in with a more relaxed temperament; extend some grace to fellow workers, please! We're going on 3 years as loyal customers and I'm grateful Theresa invested in a relationship with my dog.”
