“I took my dog in for a full service groom and was very happy with the service . Shelby was the groomer . She was super nice called me to ask if I wanted to drop off my dog early due to a no show which made it so much more convenient. She said my dog would be ready in 3-4 hrs and I was surprised to have her call me about 2 hrs later . My dog is a bit nervous and picky with leg trimming so I paid extra for scissoring , the groom was great . I think Shelby did a really nice job and hopefully she’ll be there when I book my dogs next appointment. On a side note I’ve been here a few other times with a couple other groomers the first one was excellent but she’s not there anymore . Another groomer slipped and put a bare spot on my dogs back but she comped the cost of the groom , which was nice . I’m hesitant to bring my dog to a large box store facility but will continue if my dog is safe and the groom is done to my expectations.”
