“We came in here for a 30 minute cat sesh. We have been to several cat cafes all over the country, and this is by far the coolest one. The folks that run the place are all super nice and friendly. The one cow was very helpful in bringing the cats to people and watching her play with the cats was fun in itself. Most of the cats are super friendly. Half of them are quite precocious and are striving to get the attention from a good friendly human that knows how to play with kitties. Luckily for these fair babies, I am that friendly human. I ran up and down the length of the hallway, getting the one little orange and brown tabby to chase me. I forget all their names but one was named Luke and one was named Leia. There are these really cool little soft cushions and pillows that you can just lay down and cuddle with cats. This place is awesome. Out of all the things that we've done when we've visited LA on our honeymoon, this is the thing that we might come back and do.”

“Very upset with my purchase. I got this mini cage for my new lizard while I was going to get my big cage the next day. Under the top there was a cracked off corner that I did not see. My lizard escaped over night never to be seen again. I want my money back but it’s out of my way and it worth the time to go get it. I give three stars because they had a good variety of animals and staff was decent.”

We look at some pics and found the perfect style showed Isabel who we never met before but we were so fortunate to come in this day and Isabel was the only groomer. I’m sure others are good groomers but we are extremely happy with Isabel’s work today. Isabel listened to us and did exactly what we imagined. We are very happy with this grooming and highly recommend Isabel. Didn’t push up selling but logically and smoothly unsold us on the best package and we are very satisfied with it, good job selling Isabel!”

“It's amazing what these people are doing. I truly salute them for their work and passion. I went there on a few occasions when my friend was considering adopting a dog (which he ended up adopting). The place itself is ok, you book a 1-hour slot and you get a free drink. It's not a cafeteria, it's an indoor closed space with rescue dogs. The people there were very accommodating with the adoption process. They would give the dog to my friend for 1 day at a time so that both owner and dog would slowly get adjusted to one another. The whole process was very smooth.”

“These guys know birds!! My elderly Amazon parrot that I inherited is very mean and bites everyone who comes near him. He needed grooming but nobody was willing to work with him. They took him right in and groomed him. I was shocked and how great they were with this bird. They were able to reshape his beak trim his nails and even notified me that his gait was off from a possible stroke. They referred me to a great vet who helped me nurse this bird back to health. I am soo grateful to this place. Their prices are extremely reasonable and my bird looks forward to seeing them and gets all excited when it's time to go.”

“I got my tortoise in this horrible place 4 weeks ago (10/29/23) today (11/20/23). I took her to a vet because she hadn't eaten since i got her and was acting strange. The vet told me she had a really bad infection and her jaw was broken. She could not do anything to save her because she was really small, so I had to euthanize her. This store had the tortoises all dirty, filled with excrement and stack on top of each other. DON'T BUY HERE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS.”
