Within a day of dropping her off, Tucker Pup's sent us a photo of her playing outside. After 24 hours I called to see if they could provide an update on how she was doing. Staff were very understanding and provided an email update with details about how she was eating, playing and resting. I really appreciated the detailed update and it allowed us to relax and trust that she truly was in good hands. Upon picking her up, she was her usual smiley and playful self. We will most certainly be using Tucker Pup's again for future boarding needs.”

“Everyone at Macungie have been wonderful to me and my cat. Our experiences there have been really good. They provide a really wide range of services, and are very knowledgeable. The front desk staff is awesome! Having vet services, acupuncture (Dr Gabriel) and chiropractic (Dr Gigglioti) so close to home is awesome. My special needs kitty has benefited greatly from the care they provide. If that's what your looking for in a practice (which I was), they're at the very top of my list. Prices wise, I think are on the high side. If someone was just looking to get their healthy pet vaccinated once a year, I'd probably suggest they check out other options before making a decision on what's the right option for them, their pet and their budget.”

“just wanted a bath and a trim. got a call about 30 minutes in saying they couldn’t finish because he keep moving and they said “he’s pretty naked” came and picked him up and his back and only one leg was completely shaved. (he’s only 4 months old of course he’s going to move he was probably traumatized) didn’t trim his head or get his bath. i understand he had mats on his back two legs but he didn’t have any mats on his back so why shave his back? or why touch them when we only wanted a trim?”

They care for my dogs here, and are amazing at helping me understand my dogs health. Both dogs in my home are not just our dogs, but service dogs in training. “I've had my recent rescue added to my crew. She is normally very timid but every time I've brought her in for just her normal Wellness Plan visits, vaccines etc she acts like no one is a stranger. Been coming to Banfield for several years and always ALWAYS appreciative of their care. Also the early drop off is an enormous help when you've gotta get your fur baby in and still have to get to work on time! The cost of a wellness plan in my opinion is well worth it. My lil Suki has swallowed phone chargers, eaten pens...you hide, she'll find it and eat it, and was able to get her right in first thing in the morning. Addicted to dog clothing now that I'm having a mid life crisis and plenty to gush over here! Best rib bones around and Suki knows exactly where they are in the store. All in all, been elsewhere and gave returned for many reasons. 24 h availability for Vet Chat is also fantastic is you have even what you may think is the most stupid question ever, you don't feel that way with this option. Highly recommend!”

“I attached images of the small dog park. There is nowhere to run or play ball because it is overgrown with weeds. It is so thick in there that I couldn't find my dog and I heard a strange sound from the middle of the forest. My puppy had found a bird and was eating it and I couldn't get to her because it was so thick I had to wait for her to finish the bird... It's a nice idea to have a small dog park for little dogs to not get injured and plowed over in the big park which was what was happening. But if it's not going to be cared for or have areas to walk with your dog except for the concrete strip in the middle, it's almost like a waste of space. Space that could be very valuable and helpful for people who want to exercise their dogs and may not have their own yard. Please help keep this area nice and not overgrown with thorny plants and invasive species. Whoever has the power to keep this area useful to the community. Please do that! Also, I have lost three chuckit balls and one tennis ball because it is impossible to find the ball for the dog. Once I throw it in it lands and the big brush.”

My only gripe would be that sometimes the checkout area is empty and it takes a few minutes for an associate to come up. But that's not a huge deal for me. We have 5 dogs and I feel like I'm always buying dog food. But they always have it in stock which is great.”
