“Everyone at Macungie have been wonderful to me and my cat. Our experiences there have been really good. They provide a really wide range of services, and are very knowledgeable. The front desk staff is awesome! Having vet services, acupuncture (Dr Gabriel) and chiropractic (Dr Gigglioti) so close to home is awesome. My special needs kitty has benefited greatly from the care they provide. If that's what your looking for in a practice (which I was), they're at the very top of my list. Prices wise, I think are on the high side. If someone was just looking to get their healthy pet vaccinated once a year, I'd probably suggest they check out other options before making a decision on what's the right option for them, their pet and their budget.”

“Nice place, decent selection. Typical pet store prices, more expensive than pet stuff at Walmart. One thing I don't like is they do not have the fresh dog cookie case like Pet Supplies Plus. That is one of the main reasons I go to pet stores is to get the fresh fancy cookies for my dogs birthdays/ holidays.”

They care for my dogs here, and are amazing at helping me understand my dogs health. Both dogs in my home are not just our dogs, but service dogs in training. They loved on both Loki and Jolene, and were great for Jolene's spay this past Friday. I can't thank the staff here enough!! Such amazing and caring staff.”

“Overall a great store. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well organized. My only gripe would be that sometimes the checkout area is empty and it takes a few minutes for an associate to come up. But that's not a huge deal for me. We have 5 dogs and I feel like I'm always buying dog food. But they always have it in stock which is great.”

They also have a really good member rewards program for certain items like my poop bags and my dog food.
