“My dog bear had a surgery to get neutered. I purchased a doggie health insurance plan for only 60 dollars a month. It covered the whole procedure. Only had to pay for anesthesia. The staff were absolutely phenomenal. So upbeat and caring. Made me and my girlfriend extremely comfortable leaving him in there hands. He is making his recovery as we speak and is his normal crazy self. Thank you Buffalo Small Animal Hospital I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.”

“I usually shop here as it’s close to my house, but never again! The manager David was staring at my sister and I the entire time we were in the store. After he followed us to the bathroom and glared at me while I was inside before the door closed I said something and all he had to say was “I don’t care that you’re upset.” I expressed my concern to another employee who said he did nothing wrong and then asked what it was I needed. He couldn’t even help me find an allergy friendly food. Go to Petco. They have better stocked variety, knowledgeable employees and don’t creep on females.”

“I got Minnie 13 years ago. She was 3 years old and a Yorkie. This is a long life for a Yorkie. She was a good friend to my daughter and a loyal companion to me. We just lost 😔 her to old age. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful dog that loved everyone. This was her last picture. She was happy and disheveled after running around with the kids, at Otsenango Park. I occasionally babysit these children. She loved when we went to the park and had a picnic. She would steal 🤫😉 chicken nuggets (her favorite indulgence). Our hearts are breaking. We hope to find another like her. ❤️”
