“Website states walk-in’s okay. As I was waiting next in line a lady was canceling her appointment. First they said I could have her unused spot. Then they said that had to call those on a waiting list. Then they said leave because was going to take a long time to call everyone on list. I’m 100% sure they didn’t called anyone on the list. Suddenly I came to the conclusion i didn’t want to leave my boys with these people. If they felt comfortable lying to me then who knows how they would treat my boys left in their care. Being a new-be to pet ownership, two standard poodles 6 months old. I’m advising caution when leaving your pet at this location.”

“It’s been years since we’ve been here. We came back with a new furry friend. We were dog sitting and needed help during the holidays and everyone there is super nice. They have cameras all over the place and you can view it if you wanna see how your little one or big one is doing. What I forgot about, is that you have to bring your own food and snacks. Not all dogs have the same diet. The one main challenge which ended up not being a challenge later on, was trying to get into the gate and leaving. For as many dogs as they had, the intercom electric gate system seem to work out well. Things to note, you have to do a assessment and they’ll see where your dog fits. I think they’re at full capacity now, but our dog got grandfathered in. We are very grateful to Management and Staff for all that they do. It is so exciting to see our little lady get to go to Paradise Ranch. Thank you for making it so much fun.”

The spicy had ghost pepper In it, which had an amazing flavor, but definitely made me sweat. We loaded our fries/ tater tots, which added chives and cheddar cheese. Which sounds amazing, on this occasion they over cooked both tots and fries. Parking is plenty, and their service is ok. Their soda machine was not working, so we only had three choices of fountain drinks. No Coca Cola, and the sodas tasted flat. Their dipping sauces were good, but I felt it needed a little more flavor. But I still think it deserves a look over, maybe your experience will be better.”
