“I recently boarded my 1.5 yo pup with Tucker Pup's. This was her first boarding experience and both my partner and I were somewhat nervous as to how she would acclimate. Within a day of dropping her off, Tucker Pup's sent us a photo of her playing outside. After 24 hours I called to see if they could provide an update on how she was doing. Staff were very understanding and provided an email update with details about how she was eating, playing and resting. I really appreciated the detailed update and it allowed us to relax and trust that she truly was in good hands. Upon picking her up, she was her usual smiley and playful self. We will most certainly be using Tucker Pup's again for future boarding needs.”

“just wanted a bath and a trim. got a call about 30 minutes in saying they couldn’t finish because he keep moving and they said “he’s pretty naked” came and picked him up and his back and only one leg was completely shaved. (he’s only 4 months old of course he’s going to move he was probably traumatized) didn’t trim his head or get his bath. i understand he had mats on his back two legs but he didn’t have any mats on his back so why shave his back? or why touch them when we only wanted a trim?”

The nice lady who assisted us with engraving Leia's first ID, 5 star. She was so nice, helpful. And, she informed me of a puppy playtime they do once a month. Can't wait to bring Leia to this. She will have so much fun playing with the other puppies, I hope :)”

“Whoever was closing last night was incredibly rude. We came in during right before closing and made a flying run through the shelves that took us quite literally two minutes. Checking out at 8:58 the cashier wouldn't acknowledge us, just turned the screen towards us while speaking on her cell phone about what was clearly a personal phone call She repeatedly tapped the screen to communicate with us instead of telling the person to hang on, and didn't even tell us our total or if we have any points. What a black mark on the usual friendly service we get here.”

I began bringing my pet there for grooming several years ago and was blown away by the professionalism and kindness of the grooming team. Every single associate I have encountered over the years seems genuinely happy to be there. Customer service at its best, which is rare these days. “This place is great. AIP was recommended to me by both my dog's rescue organization and his vet, and thank goodness. Everything is based on positive reinforcement, which is essential when you have a nervous pup like mine. The basic class was really helpful, Jennifer was great with helping individualize training as much as possible in a group session. The facility was nice and clean, and the class wasn't too crowded at all. The best though, is the private training. Private training is always pricey, but their rates are great for the amount of time you get, and they have a discount for rescue dogs! I think that's awesome! It's totally worth it. My dog was having some pretty big issues, but Rachel was able to swoop in and save the day! She knew just what was going on and what to do about it. All of the issues we were having were addressed, and I was given tons of amazing training tools to help my little guy out. She made the plan simple and easy to follow, and I started seeing results much quicker than I anticipated. It really has made my relationship with my dog so much better, thank you! If you want training to be a positive experience for you and your dog, this is the place.”
