“Many area closure and barely saw 20 cats. Cats population highly decreased. The boat ride was nice, but the time spent on the highland was really not the way I've picture it. Saw 1 cat in very bad condition eye and face were destroyed by infection.”

“It’s a local zoo. If you go in expecting that then you will be pleasantly surprised. It’s good for kids with a petting area, tour entries into the lemur cage, bear feeding and a play and eat area away from the animals. It lost two stars for how they treat their big cats. The enclosure is tiny, hard concrete and frankly, pretty poor. We want to enjoy this zoo but can only feel sorry for them.”

“Fun and relaxing experience, even for someone like me who has little experience with cats. Some cats were reserved while others were more open to interactions which is fine - it was nice just watching them get up to their antics. An hour flew by in the blink of an eye! You can also get drinks from the vending machines at no additional cost since they’re included in your fee. Cat treats are also available for purchase.”

“It was a very impressive entrance. You can basically take it anywhere. There is an artificial turf dog run on the rooftop, which is great for dogs to relieve stress. I wonder if the meal was also a kaiseki Matsu? It was delicious. However, Wakayama Prefecture itself is not very dog-friendly, so if there were more places where you can bring your dog, I think the number would increase. Shirarahama Beach is also nearby, but if you bring your dog, you can't go there.”
