This has never happened at home, and he's only brushed and bathed once a week. He was with you for ten days, which included a bath. Worth reading their conditions, because if you want your pet back in the same condition you dropped them off in, you have to pay more. It was extremely stressful for our daughter to be looking after her parent's pride and joy and every day seemed like it could have gone either way. Jed, Joe and Annie did an amazing job of getting Lilly back to good health. They kept Nadine informed and allowed extended visits to be with her over the 8 days. Other members of the family were also involved and all informed of treatments and updates. Really blown away how much they cared. 5 weeks have now passed and Lilly is back to perfect health.
