“Enormous prices although the clinic doesn’t have much different from other ones I’ve gone to. Literally went to 3 different appointments, got a cream, a test done, just to be told by the vet “it’s what I thought, she needs surgery”. Yet, I’ve already paid about 500$ for things that aren’t relevant. Now, surgery is 1400$?????? No way. I’m a student. I can’t afford this. There’s no monthly payments either…It’s unbelievable, I just want to help my cat and you feed off our love for our pets. I love her more than anything, it’s not fair. Don’t get me wrong, service is fast and well played-don’t gotta wait too long and they give you a room to sit in until the vet shows up. Sweet people too, and vets are competent….nonetheless, I’m going somewhere else.”

“my go to pet store! can be a little pricier than other places ( Amazon, Walmart) for certain products, but there's good deals on sales and their cuddle club program is great! with cuddle club, they allow free bath facilities and nail clipping, although i haven't used it, it's a great piece of mind that it's there! the staff is helpful snd welcoming and my dog almost always gets a treat when he goes! The only reason for 4 star is the pricier products.”

“Last year I got a puppy. My first pet EVER. I was really nervous about becoming a " Pet mom " and the staff at this location was always soo helpful and honest. They gave me the stuff I needed to start and advice on the things I will need later on. For example if I wanted to buy something my puppy would outgrow, they suggested to wait before spending the money. I put my trust in them. Every time I need advice they take their time to explain my options. When I bring my dog with me they always give me a warm welcoming and give her treats. Ive been to animal expert twice because Mondou was closed and it was the worst service ever. Mondou is the best!”

“Love Mondou- But NOT this location. Staff are inpolite and have no common sense. The online booking wasn't working for booking an apt to bath my dog, so I called and was told to come in. They then put up a fuss bc I didn't book online (which I already explained wasn't working) but finally told me to come back in an hour and I could bath my dog. waited around their store and then came back in 50 minutes. The bath was empty, and the next scheduled apt wasn't for another 40 minutes. However, they still wouldn't let me bath my dog, bc I hadn't registered online... even though they had just told me I could since it wasn't working. I could see the empty bath ten feet away and assured them it doesnt take me more than 15 minutes to wash my dog. They still refused. ZERO common sense or human dignity. Wasted my entire afternoon and they didnt even apologize.”
