“Been a client of ACPCE since January 2021. The staff has always been professional, attentive and caring. Dr Minion is personable and a delight to speak with. You can tell she cares a lot about patients’ fur kids. She takes her time with your pet and the visits are never rushed. The practice has a service plan called “Paw Plan” which provides a membership type service for overall reduced fees. Although I do not utilize this service, I know several who do and have nothing but positive remarks. Their website allows for ease of scheduling a visit with any of their vets, or for just a quick vaccination.”

“I've had my MadCat cat tree for almost 6 years. They delivered it to my first apartment, too! It's so durable, the girls love it, and I just replace the carpet and sisal rope every now and then. The customer service at MadCat is always so lovely! Everyone is so helpful and I love that they help with adoptions!! I will support this business over PetSmart, PetCo, Chewy, whatever, any day!”

“My 8 year old daughter wanted a pet rat for Christmas. My 18 year old daughter took her to Sioux Falls to pick two females out since they can’t live alone without being depressed and you don’t want a male and female for obvious reasons. Well, three days ago, there were suddenly TEN more rats. One had given birth. I told the store, and they said I can bring the babies back in 3/4 weeks when they’re old enough to transport, which I will not be doing. They want to profit on the rats I will be raising for them? Fat chance. The other female, is suddenly super fat like the first one got before giving birth, so I’ll have a second litter in the next few days. Reputable rodent breeders, SEPARATE males from females so this doesn’t happen. Based on reading other reviews, this place is not a good place to buy any animal. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”
