“Worst place and not very knowledgeable. Took our dog in as a walk in and waited two hours for them to swab our dog and do an x-ray where we found out she had an infection. The doctor came back to tell us and when we had questions about the infection she kept repeating the same thing over and over… this doctor also does not seem very fluent in English making it even harder to understand what was going on. Our dog needed to be spayed ASAP and when we asked the front lady she says “and don’t wait two weeks” with the most attitude she could give. Very RUDE, unknowledgeable and have nothing to offer…. The mixed guy who checked us in is cool tho🙂”

They keep documentation about each animal to help people have a compatible match. The place is very clean. I love going there and giving a dog time to frolic in the play yard with the toys and taking them for walks.”

“My cat got out a couple days ago, when I called to get her back they wanted to charge me OVER $100 to even get her back, all they’re concerned with is the money of it and not the actual animals, they go on and on about how they don’t want anymore animals in there making sure they get spayed or neutered and but want to charge someone for getting their cat that already has a home and was just out exploring on her own free will. I adopted another cat from there and she’s great, but getting MY cat back and having to pay that much is absolutely ridiculous”
