“Clearly this animal shelter doesn't care about their animals as my family were adopting a cat that was abandoned by their owner for 9 months and right when my older sister was about to pick up the cat today, the dane county humane society calls her and says that the owner of the cat wants their cat back eventhough we had already paid for the cat and did the adoption papers. But apparently they have a policy where if the original owner of the pet wants their pet back they'll give it back to them but this owner left their cat at their house alone and abandoned. This cat is honestly so sweet and shy and he's so cute I just can't believe they are just going to give it back to the original owners as when I first saw this cat he was skinny and had a rash on his nose.”

“Don't get me wrong tropic waters is the best pet store I have ever seen/ been too, but I bought a rabbit from them today and I was not impressed with the patting on his tail and part of his stomach. I had to work out the mat and a few pieces of feces out of the tail and that took me the better part of an hour. I get that it's hard to keep everyone clean but that is one thing I believe could be focus a little bit more even if it's just a little brush through. There are the pics of the matting and all the other hair that came with it.”

“Generally a good experience at the vet. The staff treats me and the animals well, and we always feel well cared for. My cats and dog are all comfortable there, and that makes it worth it to continue going their rather than change, despite their slightly higher prices compared to other vets in the area. I’ve gotten imaging and test quotes for less elsewhere, but with myself and my pets bring happy there, customer service and care outweighs the slightly lower prices somewhere else.”

Last week Monday I brought my 12 year old cat there, just thought it was a tooth issue......but it was cancer under her tongue and it was too far spread, so I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep. “Today we Had our dog Alfa go in for a complete grooming. We Asked for his tail and legs to be cut and to just trim his body. He is a double coated dog and we would have never expected a groomer to be so uneducated to CUT our dogs body hair. They cut at least 2in off of his body, in some places on him you can only see the under coat and not his top coat. Very disappointed to say the least. We will not be going back to this petco for grooming services and I would hope they improve their training for groomers in the future so that this does not happen again. Not to mention they had us pay before we even got to see our dog, unfortunately we included a tip also. Do not recommend!! First image is today, after being cut. 2nd image is what he looked like after a grooming at the petco across town. Such a disappointment getting our dog back to look like this.”
