I like the fact they have his medical records on file we do a lot of traveling so it's nice to have. They text me when he is needed for anyting. The staff doesn't seem to push any items that are not recommended. They asked if you need anything and want to hear your feedback on any questions you may have.”

“I have been raising oxen for 40 years also had a house cat. I have use other Veterinary services. Plymouth animal hospital is the best. The Doctors are knowledgeable on every thing. They talk to you about you pet. They care, want to know how your pet feels, how he is acting. The always find a solution for ever problem. They keep in contact with you. The office staff is the best! Friendly knowledgeable, they find out the answers to your questions and the Dr. Calls you right back. When the office staff say they will call you back. They Do, never forget about you. I highly recommend the Vet hospital!!!”

“Shady company that doesn't stand behind their products. I ordered a wheelchair for my dog in Feb 2023. In July, one of the buckle clasps broke on the harness. I should note that the clasp fits poorly over the aluminum struts on the chair - a clear design flaw that they didn't address prior to production. I called Walkin pets, waited on hold with 2 people in the queue for nearly a 1/2 hour. The representative seemed nice enough until she told me it would be $40 to replace the harness. I told her that it was clearly a material defect with the plastic on the clasp (I'm a mechanical engineer) but no use - she was unapologetic that I needed to pay up. She even offered to sell me expensive expedited shipping (LOL - thanks!). Throughout this entire process, I was also continually asked to purchase upgrade items to my chair. Irritating as I just wanted a remedy to my broken harness. She would not yield on this so I mentioned that I was going to leave a poor review for their quality and customer service. In response she just hung up on me. I didn't yell or become irate - I only expressed that I was disappointed at their unwillingness to stand behind the quality of their expensive chairs, Pretty disrespectful to just hang up, but reading other comments/reviews it appears this place is only interested in separating you from as much money as possible and won't help you if you have a problem. So not only do they make a poor quality product, they disrespect you and make you pay more $$ just to keep their poorly designed product functioning. If you find an alternative, I suggest you go with it. These guys are the kind of company that you want to avoid.”

Morgan at the front desk is always so professional and able to squeeze us in if need be. Dr. Clark recently operated on my beloved chihuahua and you can tell he truly loves what he does. Katelyn the surgical tech is also one of the friendliest people I have met!! She has been so helpful in the post-op period. Overall, I cannot give enough props to the team at PAH.”

“I attempted to fill out a surrender form online and had difficulty getting past a particular point in order to submit the form. The form through their website on multiple occasions when trying to submit it, indicated that my name was already in the system and to contact the office directly for assistance, not sure why this would be. This message was "bolded in red" on their website for me to contact them to move forward. When explaining this to Libby in the surrender department, Libby made the statement "other people have had no issue filling out the form" and I would simply need to try again and all she could do is mark my name down and call if a spot opens up but that they typically "first contact people who submit the form online as the go from that list". I tried explaining again to Libby that the website said for me to contact the office as the form couldn't be submitted by me for whatever reason and what the message was saying. Libby had absolutely no interest in truly assisting or understanding the issue. Since I initially adopted from them and had a good first experience, I gave them a call since our circumstances have changed, to see if they could help. Now, I will be sure to inform anyone looking to contact the Animal Rescue League in Bedford to go elsewhere.”

I really appreciate having one provider who can offer traditional medicine and holistic therapies depending on my pet's issues. She listens to my concerns and she's so gentle with my anxious pets that they actually don't mind going to the vet. This place is a gem!”

“The best experience I have ever had from a vet. My son whiskey loved going there because we were comfortable too! They are empathetic and personable. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff their. The hardest part was making the decision to euthanize our dog due to chronic pain and other medical concerns. The vet educated us on outcomes, progressive treatment etc. but also explained everything to us. They were so kind and I’m so happy to know that when the time comes, that they will give as much love to our next family members. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares for their dog like family.”

“This place is really great. The lady was so kind. She spent a lot of time with us as we decided on our new pet. She told us about each guinea pig's personality. She taught my daughter how to hold them. She gave advice on feeding them. She even loved on the guinea pigs before we took them home. I feel great knowing our pets were well loved while they were there. Great place to buy from. You know they are well taken care of. My guinea pig was a pet that was surrendered. I love that about Steve's also! Their prices are fair too. Over all it was the best experience I've ever had at a pet store.”

“Only shaved my dogs paws and about half her ears until i got there so they could finish her ears, told me to come back in a month for a “full haircut” because they didn’t think she would be able to sit through it despite charging me for the full thing. Overshaved her stomach and surrounding areas and didn’t clip her back nails.”
